Pada hari Kamis tanggal 16 Maret 2023 diketahui sekitar pukul 11.15 Wib, dilaporkan Ke Polsek Kembaran Pukul 12.00 Wib.
Tempat kejadian :
Di dalam Rumah Korban, ikut Desa Linggasari Rt 04/03 Kec. kembaran Kab. Banyumas.
Identitas Korban :
( R S ), 44 Tahun Islam, Wiraswasta, alamat Desa Linggasari Rt 04 Rw 03 Kec. Kembaran.
Saksi – saksi :
1. DEWI SAFITRI,18 Th, Islam, Mengurus Rumah Tangga, Desa Linggasari 4/3 Kec. Kembaran.
2. IMAM SOBERI, Banyumas, 36 Th, Islam, Buruh, Desa Linggasari 4/3 Kec. Kembaran.
3. NARKIM (Adik Korban), 41 Th, Islam, Buruh, Desa Linggasari 4/3 Kec. Kembaran.

Mengatakan Kronologi kejadian hari Kamis tanggal 16 Maret 2023 sekItar pukul 11.00 saksi 1 Sdri Dewi sedang berada di kamar bersama dengan anaknya sedang menidurkan anaknya sambil memberikan ASI beberapa saat kemudian adik saksi 1 Sdri Ita memberitahukan kepada saksi 1 bahwa korban dalam keadaan tergantung diruang Dapur, mengetahui hal tersebut Saksi 1 mengecek kedapur dan melihat korban sudah dalam keadaan tergantung (gantung diri).
Karena kaget, saksi 1 keluar rumah dan memberitahukan kepada Saksi 2 (Imam) dan Saksi 3 (Narkim) kemudian melaporkan kepada Kadus dan meneruskan ke Polsek Kembaran guna pengecekan lebih lanjut

Tidak ditemukan adanya tanda – tanda kekerasan
Tindakan yang sudah dilakukan :
1. Mendatangi dan olah TKP

3. Mengamankan barang bukti
4. Membuat sket Tkp
5. Melalporkan pada pimpinan
