Dharmasraya – Dalam rangka pengamanan Pemilu 2024 Polres Dharmasraya laksanakan Apel Gelar Pasukan Operasi Mantap Brata 2023-2024 yang diadakan di halaman Kantor Bupati Dharmasraya, Selasa (17/10/2023).
Apel Gelar Pasukan Operasi Mantap Brata 2023-2024 dipimpin langsung oleh Kapolres Dharmasraya, AKBP Nurhadiansyah, S.I.K yang diikuti oleh segenap unsur Pimpinan Daerah, Para Pejabat TNI, Polri, dan Instansi lainnya, Para Tokoh Agama, Tokoh Pemuda, dan Tokoh Masyarakat serta Para Tamu Undangan dan Peserta Apel Gelar Pasukan.
Operasi ini dilaksanakan selama 222 hari mulai 19 Oktober 2023 s.d 20 Oktober 2024 yang secara serentak diadakan di seluruh Indonesia.
Kapolres dalam kesempatan tersebut menyampaikan amanat Kapolri Jenderal Polisi Listyo Sigit Prabowo, M.Si yang mana, Pemilu 2024 adalah pesta demokrasi terbesar yang akan menjadi bukti kematangan demokrasi Indonesia
dan sekaligus menjadi titik penentuan masa depan bangsa. Guna mengamankan Pemilu 2024 Polri didukung TNI, K/L, instansi terkait dan Mitra Kamtibmas lainnya.
Sebagaimana penyampaian Presiden Joko Widodo bahwa, Tahun 2024 adalah momen politik yang sangat penting, karena kita menyelenggarakan pesta demokrasi terbesar dan secara serentak dalam tahun yang sama. Ini pekerjaan besar yang sangat menentukan masa depan bangsa kita, masa depan negara kita.
“Sebagai dukungan terhadap Operasi Mantap Brata 2023-2024, Polri juga menggelar Operasi Nusantara Cooling System 2023-2024 untuk membangun narasi besar, ”Persatuan dan Kesatuan, serta Kemajuan Bangsa Diatas Kepentingan Kelompok” guna
mengantisipasi polarisasi akibat berita hoaks, isu SARA, propaganda firehose of falsehood dan black campaign yang dilengkapi dengan Satgas Anti Money Politics serta Satgas Pemilu Damai, ” jelas Kapolres.
Kapolres menyebutkan, Operasi Mantap Brata 2023-2024 tentunya diiringi dengan penguatan strategi komunikasi publik untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat. Hal tersebut dilakukan agar masyarakat senantiasa menjaga persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa, ikut berpartisipasi dalam menjaga stabilitas kamtibmas pada Pemilu 2024, serta agar masyarakat mengetahui berbagai upaya pengamanan yang telah kita lakukan.
Selanjutnya ucap Kapolres, bagi wilayah yang tergolong kerawanan tinggi dan sangat
rawan, segera lakukan langkah antisipasi. Sedangkan bagi wilayah lainnya, jangan under estimate dengan tetap mempersiapkan pengamanan sebaik mungkin.
Terus lakukan mapping potensi konflik sosial secara detail di wilayahnya masing-masing dan selesaikan potensi konflik tersebut hingga ke akar masalah. Apabila terdapat konflik yang sudah mengganggu stabilitas kamtibmas, maka pastikan penggunaan kekuatan dilakukan secara tepat sesuai SOP dengan memegang teguh asas proporsionalitas,legalitas, akuntabilitas serta nesesitas.
“Terkait tindak pidana pemilu,kita akan lakukan koordinasi dan kolaborasi antar pilar Sentra Gakkumdu, agar penanganan pelanggaran serta penyelesaian tindak pidana pemilu dapat dilakukan secara profesional serta transparan, sehingga mendapatkan legitimasi dari masyarakat, ” jelasnya.
Terakhir, Kapolres ucapkan terima kasih dan selamat bertugas kepada seluruh personel yang terlibat.
“Mari bersama-sama kita amankan Pemilu 2024, demi mewujudkan Visi Indonesia Emas 2045 yang kita cita-citakan bersama,” ujarnya.
Usai Apel Gelar Pasukan Operasi Mantap Brata 2023-2024, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan 2023-2024 Sispamkota Pemilu 2023-2024.
