Temanggung – Unit Reskrim Polsek Pringsurat Polres Temanggung berhasil bekuk LA (31) warga Kota Magelang lantaran terbukti melakukan tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan (curat) di Rumah Makan Risa Lestari Desa Rejosari, Kecamatan Pringsurat.
Kapolres Temanggung, Polda Jateng AKBP Agus Puryadi didampingi Kapolsek Pringsurat AKP Marimin kepada awak media menjelaskan, saat melancarkan aksinya pelaku seorang diri dengan cara memanjat pagar tembok kemudian mencongkel jendela menggunakan obeng lalu masuk ke dalam rumah makan dan mengambil barang yang ada di dalam.
“Barang bukti yang disita petugas berupa Televisi merk HISENSE 43 Inchi warna Hitam, Speaker merk REDMI warna Hitam, set kunci merk Krisbowbuah, jam berwarna hitam merk GAB’S, Celana pendek warna hitam, obeng Panjang 40 cm warna gagang merah, jam tangan merk SWISS ARMY warna coklat hitam,” jelasnya, Senin (16/5/2022).
Awal mula kejadian diketahui oleh pelapor ketika masuk ke dalam rumah mengetahui jendela rumah dalam keadaan terbuka.
Dari bahan keterangan selanjutnya Unit Reskrim Polsek Pringsurat bersama Resmob Polres Temanggung melakukan penyelidikan dan pelaku berhasil diamankan di wilayah Bandungan Kabupaten Semarang.
Sementara itu, Kapolsek Pringsurat AKP Marimin menambahkan, tersangka mengaku sudah lima kali melakukan tindak pidana pencurian dan selalu tertangkap dalam setiap aksinya, bahkan video saat dirinya mencuri sempat beredar di sosial media.
“Akibat kejadian tersebut korban mengalami kerugian materiil sekitar Rp 10 juta dan dari aksinya itu terdangka LA terancam hukuman selama-lamanya 7 tahun penjara”, katanya.(Red)
