Yogyakarta – Menggelar Doa bersama lintas agama pada Awal Tahun 2023 di Gedung Anton Soedjarwo Polda DIY, Jumat 27 Januari 2023.
Dipimpin Wakapolda DIY Brigjen Pol R. Slamet Santoso, S.H., S.I.K. kegiatan doa bersama ini dimaksudkan untuk menyeimbangkan antara usaha dan doa guna keselamatan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
Tidak hanya itu kegiatan ini juga merupakan wujud syukur kepada Tuhan yang maha kuasa atas nikmat yang telah diberikan serta menjadi momentum untuk introspeksi diri terhadap upaya–upaya yang telah dilakukan Polda DIY selama satu tahun terakhir.
Kabid Humas Polda DIY Kombes Pol Yuliyanto, S.I.K., M.Sc. kepada media menerangkan bahwa kegiatan ini diikuti sekitar 100 orang yang terdiri dari Pejabat Utama Polda DIY, Kepala Satpol PP DIY, perwakilan Korem 072/Pamungkas, Lanud Adisucipto, dan Lanal Yogyakarta, perwakilan Bhayangkari Polda DIY dan jajaran, perwakilan Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana, Pia Adhya Garini, Jalasenastri, dan perwakilan personel Polda DIY.
Doa bersama ini dipimpin secara langsung oleh Tokoh Agama yang ada di Yogyakarta. Dari Agama Islam dipimpin oleh Ustazd Maulana, Agama Hindu dipimpin oleh Ketua Parisadha Hindu Dharma Drs. I Nyoman Warta. M. Hum., Agama Kristen Protestan dipimpin oleh Pendeta Kriswoyo, S.Th., dan Agama Kristen Katolik dipimpin Pastur Sigit Pranoto, SCY.
Wakapolda DIY dalam arahannya menyampaikan bahwa doa bersama ini tidak hanya saat ini, namun ke depannya tetap berdoa terutama menjelang Pemilu 2024 berharap melalui doa bersama ini diberikan keselamatan untuk wilayah Indonesia khususnya Yogyakarta.
“Yogyakarta ini merupakan kota pariwisata dan kota budaya sehingga itu semua dapat terbangun dengan baik bukan hanya dari Kepolisian saja namun berkat kerjasama kita semua baik dari unsur TNI, Satpol PP, dan semua unsur agama yang ada. Mudah-mudahan dengan adanya doa bersama ini kita dapat menjalankan tugas masing-masing dengan baik, sehingga DIY yang merupakan daerah istimewa ini bisa lebih baik lagi dan bisa menginspirasi daerah lain yang ada di Indonesia,” katanya.(Redaksiswanara)
