Jakarta – Tim Detasemen Khusus (Densus) 88 Antiteror Polri meringkus 17 tersangka tindak pidana terorisme. Tersangka ditangkap di tiga provinsi berbeda.
“Update penangkapan tersangka tindak pidana terorisme berjumlah 17 orang,” kata Karo Penmas Divisi Humas Polri Brigjen Pol Ahmad Ramadhan dalam keterangannya di Jakarta, Senin (25/7/2022).
Ahmad merincikan, dari 17 tersangka teroris itu, sebanyak 13 orang ditangkap di Provinsi Aceh, tiga tersangka di Provinsi Sumatera Utara (Sumut), dan satu tersangka di Provinsi Riau.
Ahmad menjelaskan, sebanyak 11 orang yang ditangkap di Aceh terafiliasi jaringan teroris Jamaah Islamiah (JI). Sementara tiga lainnya diketahui dari jaringan Jamaah Ansharud Daulah (JAD).
Kesebelas tersangka teroris jaringan JI yang ditangkap di Aceh berinisial ES, RU, SY, MF, dan FE merupakan bagian dari kelompok JI Bidang Akademi Pendidikan dan Pengaderan (ADIRA). Mereka telah mengikuti pelatihan menembak sebagai persiapan pelaksanaan pengembangan kemampuan anggota JI dalam berperang.
Ahmad menjelaskan, tersangka ES pernah menjadikan rumahnya sebagai fasilitas kelompok JI dalam pelatihan ‘weapon training’ pada tahun 2018 dan memiliki satu pucuk senjata PCP. Sedangkan tersangka RU merupakan bagian dari Yayasan Madina yang merupakan salah satu yayasan amal yang sengaja dibentuk JI sebagai sumber pendanaan JI.
Sementara tersangka MF merupakan bagian dari bidang FKPP pernah mengikuti kegiatan turba (turun ke bawah atau terjun langsung) dalam acara sosialisasi visi misi JI berdasarkan strategi yang dibentuk Amir JI Parawijayanto.
“Selanjutnya, tersangka teroris JI lainnya DN dan MH. Keduanya merupakan bagian kelompok JI pada bidang dakwah (T1) berperan memberikan motivasi kepada anggota kelompok JI dalam menjalankan visi misi kelompok JI,” tutur Ahmad.
Tersangka MH merupakan pengurus salah satu yayasan amal milik JI yang merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan dana JI.
Kemudian tersangka JU merupakan bagian kelompok JI pada bidang FKPP, pernah mengikuti kegiatan turba (turun ke bawah atau terjun langsung) dalam acara sosialisasi visi misi JI berdasarkan strategi yang dibentuk Amir JI Parawijayanto.
Tersangka RS merupakan bagian kelompok JI Korda Aceh dan mengikuti berbagai kegiatan operasi JI salah satunya beberapa kegiatan ‘weapon training‘ (WT) di Aceh.
“Tersangka SU merupakan bendahara DIKLAT sampai terakhir sebagai bendahara PKP perubahan dari nama DIKLAT pada tahun 2020. Tersangka merupakan instruktur pelatihan fisik di Sasana Cakrabuana yang merupakan tempat pengembangan kemampuan para anggota JI,” jelas Ahmad.
Kemudian tersangka AKJ merupakan bagian kelompok JI yang berperan sebagai QOID Komando Wilayah Sumbagut, tersangka pernah menyalurkan dana dari Bidang Dakwah (T1) JI yang digunakan untuk operasional kelompok JI.
Adapun dua tersangka dari jaringan JAD yang ditangkap, yakni RI dan MA.
Tersangka RI berperan sebagai fasilitator para anggota JAD Medan yang melakukan tindak pidana bom bunuh diri di Polrestabes Medan pada tahun 2019.
Sedangkan tersangka MA selaku anggota kelompok JAD berperan menampung dan memfasilitasi kelompok pelaku Rabbial Muslim Nasution (MD) yang merupakan pelaku bom Polresta Medan 2019.
“Tersangka pernah mengikuti ‘idad‘ sebagai persiapan melakukan tindak pidana terorisme,” imbuhnya.
Ahmad menyebut pihaknya masih melakukan pendalaman terkait jaringan dan peran tersangka teroris di Sumatera Utara dan Riau.(redaksi Swanara)
