Batang – Upacara serah terima jabatan (sertijab) di Mapolres Batang dipimpin langsung oleh Kapolres Batang, AKBP Saufi Salamun. Dalam sertijab ini, beberapa perwira penting di lingkungan kepolisian mengalami perubahan jabatan guna meningkatkan kinerja dan memberikan kesempatan promosi kepada personel yang bersangkutan, Sabtu (28/10/2023).
Kasihumas Polres Batang, AKP Busono, menjelaskan bahwa mutasi atau alih tugas jabatan ini merupakan hal yang biasa dan penting dalam rangka penyegaran dalam organisasi kepolisian. Tujuan utama dari mutasi ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan memberikan peluang promosi dalam sistem pembinaan karier personel.
“Mutasi ini dilakukan dalam rangka peningkatan kinerja dan promosi pembinaan karier personel di lingkungan Polda Jateng, khususnya di Polres Batang,”jelasnya
Dalam sertijab tersebut, terdapat sejumlah perubahan jabatan penting. Posisi Kasatlantas Polres Batang yang sebelumnya dijabat oleh AKP Agus Pardiyono Marinus, kini dipegang oleh AKP Wigiyadi yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Kasatsamapta Polres Semarang. Sedangkan AKP Agus akan melanjutkan tugasnya di Polres Kendal sebagai Kasatlantas.
Sementara itu, jabatan Kasatreskrim kini dijabat oleh AKP Imam Muhtadi, yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Panit 1 Unit 4 Subdit 3 Ditreskrimsus Polda Jateng. Imam Muhtadi menggantikan AKP Andi Fajar K, yang akan pindah tugas sebagai Paursubbagrenmin Ditereskrimsus Polda Jateng.
Kemudian, jabatan Kasatresnarkoba dipegang oleh AKP Erdi Nuryawan, menggantikan AKP Bambang Tunggono yang akan pindah tugas sebagai Kasubbagdalops Bag Ops Polres Pekalongan.
Selanjutnya, jabatan Kapolsek Limpung akan diisi oleh AKP Hozali, yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Kaurmintu Subbagrenmin Ditsamapta Polda Jateng. Sedangkan Kapolsek Limpung yang sebelumnya, IPTU Joko Supriyanto, akan menjabat sebagai Kasatlantas Polres Pekalongan.
Terakhir, jabatan Kapolsek Tersono yang sebelumnya dipegang oleh AKP Erdi Nuryawan, kini akan diisi oleh IPTU Wargo yang sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Kapolsubsektor Pecalungan Polsek Subah.
“Dengan perubahan jabatan ini, diharapkan kinerja kepolisian di wilayah Batang dapat terus meningkat, dan personel memiliki peluang untuk berkembang dalam karier mereka. Mutasi ini merupakan bagian dari upaya penyegaran dalam organisasi kepolisian untuk melayani masyarakat dengan lebih baik,” pungkasnya.(Redaksiswanara)
