Jakarta – Seorang pengendara sepeda motor diringkus polisi usai menabrak anggota Patroli Perintis Presisi Polda Metro Jaya yang tengah bertugas di daerah Kampung Bahari, Jakarta Utara.
Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Pol Endra Zulpan menerangkan peristiwa itu terjadi pada Jumat (21/1/2022) dini hari tadi. Pelaku diduga panik dan mencoba melarikan diri dari petugas yang tengah patroli.
“Diduga pengendara itu panik, dia mau escape kemudian lanjut tabrak rangkaian tim patroli Polda Metro Jaya,” kata Zulpan saat dikonfirmasi wartawan.
Menurut Zulpan, tidak ada korban jiwa dalam peristiwa ini. Anggota tim Patroli Perintis Presisi Polda Metro yang ditabrak juga tidak mengalami luka.
“Dari polusinya tidak mengalami luka. Kemudian yang nabrak ini panik, dia keluar gang dan hanya nabrak motor salah satu anggota,” jelasnya.
Adapun sebelumnya, penangkapan pemotor ini sempat viral di media sosial.
Berdasarkan informasi yang beredar polisi turut mengamankan barang bukti berupa narkoba dari pelaku.
Namun, belum ada konfirmasi resmi dari kepolisian mengenai barang bukti narkoba tersebut. Pelaku sampai dengan saat ini masih menjalani pemeriksaan di Polres Metro Jakarta Utara.
