Selasa, 22 Februari 2022 , Tentang TINGKATKAN HERD IMMUNITY, WAKAPOLDA KEPRI TINJAU VAKSINASI SERENTAK SECARA VIRTUAL DI PT. BINTAN BERSATU APPAREL KAWASAN TUNAS INDUSTRI BATAM
Batam – Didampingi Pejabat Utama Polda Kepri, Wakapolda Kepri Brigjen Pol Drs. Rudi Pranoto hadiri pelaksanaan vaksinasi massal serentak Se-Indonesia secara virtual bertempat di PT. Bintan Bersatu Apparel Kawasan Tunas Industri, Kota Batam. Selasa (22/2/22).
Sebelum kegiatan virtual dengan Presiden RI berlangsung, Wakapolda Kepri memberikan bantuan sembako kepada perwakilan peserta vaksinasi di PT. Bintan Bersatu Apparel Kawasan Tunas Industri.
Dalam sambutannya secara virtual, Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo, M.Si., mengatakan ” Lakukan strategi untuk mengejar dosis Vaksinasi kedua, karena banyak masyarakat yang sudah vaksin satu tapi belum melaksanakan vaksin kedua. Arahan dari bapak Kemenkes RI Bagi masyarakat yang sudah dosis kedua yang sudah lewat dari 3 bulan bisa diberikan boster. Vaksin dosis kedua diharapakan mencapai target nasional 70% di bulan Mei 2022, sampai saat ini baru 8 Provinsi yang mencapai target nasional, diharapkan untuk Provinsi lain segera dikejar Pelaksanaannya agar mecapai target nasional. Di ingatkan kembali kepada masyarakat terkait Prokes, khususnya pemakaian masker untuk memotong laju angka penularan Covid-19.”
Kabid Humas Polda Kepri Kombes Pol. Harry Goldenhardt S., S.IK., M.Si., menjelaskan, ” Adapun jumlah vaksin yang disiapkan pada kegiatan vaksinasi hari ini adalah sebanyak 1.000 Dosis jenis Pfizer.”
“Dengan adanya vaksinasi ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat terbentuknya herd Immunity di masyarakat, sehingga angka penyebaran Covid-19 dapat ditekan seminimal mungkin.
