Baturaja- Polsek Semidang Aji Polres Oku diwakili oleh personel Bhabinkamtibmas menyelesaikan atau memecahkan permasalahan (Problem Solving) yang dialami oleh warga binaan salah satu Bhabinkamtibmas. Rabu (15/03/2023).
Seperti yang dilakukan oleh Bhabinkamtibmas Polsek Semidang Aji Bripka Bowo yang bertugas sebagai Bhabinkamtibmas panggal-panggal berhasil menyelesaikan permasalahan diantara warga binaannya dengan cara Problem Solving.
Adapun dalam penyelesaian masalah, Bripka Bowo menghadirkan kedua belah pihak yang bermasalah di masing masing kepala desa di Mapolsek Semidang Aji yang sepakat untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan cara musyawarah dan dibuatkan surat pernyataan yang ditandatangani oleh kedua belah pihak, dan saling meminta maaf serta berjanji untuk tidak mengulanginya lagi dan tidak saling dendam atas permasalahan diantara kedua belah pihak.
“ Kapolsek Semidang Aji Iptu Wahyudin, S.H., M.Si., mengungkapkan, bahwa sebagai anggota Bhabinkamtibmas, selain tugas sambang rutin, juga dituntut memiliki kemampuan untuk mendeteksi dini gangguan Kamtibmas di wilayah binaannya.
Disamping itu juga sudah menjadi tugas Bhabinkamtibmas untuk melaksanakan problem solving pada setiap permasalahan yang terjadi di desa binaannya. “Tentunya permasalahan atau kasus ringan saja yang dilakukan problem solving, sehingga tidak meluas menjadi konflik sosial dan dapat terciptanya situasi yang aman dan nyaman bagi masyarakat,” ujar Kapolsek.(Redaksiswanara)
