Tangerang – Polres Tangerang Selatan menetapkan tujuh orang tersangka pelemparan bus pemain dan ofisial Persis Solo. Kasus ini terjadi usai tim berjuluk Laskar Sambernyawa ini melakoni lagi tandang melawan Persita Tangerang.
Kapolres Tangerang Selatan, AKBP Faisal Febrianto mengatakan ketujuh pelaku berinisial MR (23), HK (19), IA (19), FS (21), MFM (22), DH (24), dan GR (18). Mereka merupakan suporter Persita Tangerang.
“Ketujuh orang oknum suporter Persita tersebut, kita telah menetapkannya sebagai tersangka,” jelas AKBP Faisal Febrianto Febrianto dalam konferensi pers Mapolres Tangerang Selatan, Senin (30/1/2023).
Menurut Faisal, pihaknya berhasil mengamankan para pelaku tak lama setelah insiden pelemparan. Dua pelaku HK dan GR ditangkap seusai melakukan pelemparan dan lima lainnya ditangkap di sekitar Kali Cisadane.
“Sekitar pukul 20.06 WIB di Jalan Benteng Makasar Cisadane, Kota Tangerang pinggir kali Cisadane, tim opsnal mengamankan DH, IA, MR, MFM dan FS. (Pelaku) ada yang pelajar ataupun karyawan swasta,” ungkapnya.
Atas perbuatannya, tujuh tersangka akan dikenakan Pasal 170 KUHP tentang kekerasan terhadap orang atau barang. Mereka terancam hukuman penjara selama 5 tahun 6 bulan.
“Dikenakan pasal 170 KUHP yaitu tindak pidana secara bersama-sama melakukan kekerasan terhadap orang atau barang. Ancaman hukuman 5 tahun 6 bulan,” tukasnya.(Redaksiswanara)
