PROBOLINGGO – Tak sampai 1 minggu Komplotan spesialis pembobol sekolah berhasil dibekuk Sat Reskrim Polres Probolinggo Kota,Polda Jatim.
Petugas meringkus empat tersangka pelaku. Adapun barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan berupa berupa 14 unit Laptop/Note Book, 1 unit genset, 1 set Amply beserta mic dan 1 unit speaker Bluetooth.
Kapolres Probolinggo Kota AKBP Wadi Sa’bani S.H. S.I.K melalui Wakapolres Kompol Subiyantana dalam konferensi persnya menjelaskan bahwa keempat tersangka tersebut adalah S (35 Th) warga Kec. Kademangan Kota Probolinggo, RC (18 Th) warga Kec. Kedopok Kota Probolinggo, MS (26 Th) dan BS (17 Th) keduanya warga Kec. Kademangan Kota Probolinggo.
“Ada empat pelaku yang sudah kita amankan beserta dengan beberapa barang bukti. Berawal dari TKP di SMPN 2 Wonomerto, setelah kita lakukan penyelidikan, ternyata memang para pelaku tidak hanya beraksi disana.” Kata Wakapolres di hadapan media, Selasa (14/02/2023).
Wakapolres menerangkan bahwa kejadian bermula ketika tukang kebun SMPN 2 Wonomerto membuka semua kunci pintu sekolahan sekitar pukul 04.30 Wib. “N” melihat semua meja dan lemari disekolahan berserakan dan berantakan dan setelah dilakukan pengecekan terdapat beberapa barang yang hilang.
“ Atas kejadian tersebut pihak sekolah SMPN 2 Wonomerto mengalami kerugian sebesar Rp.45.000.000,- (empat puluh lima juta rupiah) “, tandasnya.
“Para pelaku ini merupakan spesialis pencuri Laptop di sekolahan. Bahkan mereka juga sebelumnya mencuri laptop di SMK Al Falah Kel. Sumberwetan dan berhasil membawa kabur 2 buah laptop dari sekolah tersebut.” pungkasnya.
Atas kejahatannya, para pelaku akan dijerat dengan Pasal 363 KUHPidana dengan ancaman hukuman penjara selama 7 tahun.(Redaksiswanara)
