Jadi latihan ini sebagai langkah meningkatkan kemampuan serta untuk menjaga kesiapsiagaan seluruh Personel Polres Pematang Siantar, apabila dibutuhkan saat terjadi peningkatan eskalasi dalam aksi unjuk rasa dan harapannya dengan adanya pelatihan ini seluruh personel paham dan mengetahui tahapan dalam pengendalian masa serta mampu menerapkannya dilapangan.
