“Pelaku dikenakan Pasal 81 Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak dengan ancaman pidana paling lama 15 tahun penjara,” kata Kasat Reskrim Polrestabes Medan, Kompol Teuku Fathir Mustafa, Sabtu (14/1/2023).
Fathir menjelaskan, pelaku mencabuli korban dengan modus akan dinikahi. Tak ada paksaan dan kekerasan dalam kejadian ini karena keduanya saling kenal.
Pencabulan itu dilakukan tersangka di kamar mandi masjid pada 15 November, ketika korban hendak membeli beras.
Kemudian, korban dihubungi pelaku melalui WhatsApp untuk bertemu di masjid. Pelaku membujuk rayu korban sampai akhirnya mau digagahi di toilet masjid Kecamatan Percut Seituan, Kabupaten Deliserdang.
Berdasarkan pengakuan pelaku, sudah lebih dari satu kali mencabuli santriwati tersebut.
“Antara pelaku dan korban memiliki hubungan pertemanan cukup dekat,” sebut Fathir.
Dia ditangkap pada 13 Januari kemarin berdasarkan laporan ibu korban yang dilaporkan pada 5 Januari lalu.
Sebelumnya, beredar sebuah rekaman video, pengakuan seorang santriwati menjadi korban rudapaksa.
Dari rekaman video itu, santriwati tersebut mengungkapkan dirinya telah menjadi korban rudapaksa di kamar mandi masjid Jalan Datuk Kabu Pasar III Tembung, Kecamatan Percut Seituan.
