Jakarta – Polres Metro Jakarta Selatan telah mengambil tindakan dengan mencatatkan identitas para pelajar yang terlibat aksi tawuran dalam Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK).
Pelajar yang terlibat tawuran akan tercatat abadi dalam SKCK, sehingga memberikan efek jera karena akan kesulitan mencari pekerjaan.
Dalam pembinaan pencegahan tawuran di Jakarta, Jumat 18 Mei 2023, Wakapolres Metro Jakarta Selatan, AKBP Harun memberikan penjelasan terkait hubungan SKCK dengan proses melamar pekerjaan.
Dirinya berkata bahwa saat seseorang mengajukan lamaran pekerjaan atau urusan lainnya, akan diwajibkan memiliki SKCK ini merangkum semua catatan tindakan seseorang yang pernah dilakukan sebelumnya.
Harun menyoroti pentingnya mempertimbangkan dengan bijaksana risiko sebelum terlibat dalam aksi tawuran.
“Karena setiap mendaftar pekerjaan atau apapun itu pasti membutuhkan SKCK yang sumbernya dari tindakan sebelumnya,” ujar Harun dalam keteranganya di Mapolres Jakarta Selatan, Selasa (23/5/2023).
Ia menekankan bahwa konsekuensinya dapat sangat berbahaya dan berdampak pada catatan dalam SKCK individu tersebut.
Jadi apapun yang anak ini lakukan terdata terus dan terbawa,” jelasnya.
