Brebes – Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Polri) melakukan olah TKP kecelakaan beruntun di Tol Pejagan-Pemalang, Brebes, Jawa Tengah (Jateng). Polri menggunakan metode 3D scanner dalam olah TKP tersebut.
Kasi Laka Lantas Subdit Gakkum Korlantas Polri, AKBP Aditia mengatakan, 3D scanner bertujuan untuk mengambil fakta-fakta dan bukti-bukti yang ada diseputaran TKP. Baik sesaat terjadinya kress maupun sesudah dan terjadinya Laka Lantas.
“Tujuan olah TKP dilakukan untuk mengetahui posisi mobil yang terlibat dalam kecelakaan sekaligus memastikan penyebab utama terjadinya kecelakaan beruntun kemarin. Untuk menentukan titik-titik kendaraan, karena ada tiga belas kendaraan. Kami juga didampingi dari Satlantas Polres Brebes dan TAA,” katanya, Selasa (20/9/2022).
Adapun 3D scanner merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk menangkap dimensi serta bentuk objek fisik dengan memakai cahaya laser secara akurat. Kemudian bentuk objek fisik itu dipindahkan ke dalam perangkat komputer dalam bentuk 3D.
Metode ini digunakan oleh kepolisian untuk mengetahui kronologi dalam sebuah kecelakaan lalu lintas. 3D scanner akan mengukur setiap detail objek serta menangkap bentuk-bentuk besar dengan cepat yang dapat menghasilkan point cloud secara akurat.
Metode ini menggunakan alat yang sangat mirip dengan kamera. Alat itu memiliki medan pandang semacam kerucut dan hanya bisa mengumpulkan informasi tentang permukaan yang terkena cahaya.
Kamera bekerja dengan mengumpulkan informasi warna permukaan di jarak pandangnya. Sebaliknya, alat yang digunakan pada metode 3D scanner bisa mengumpulkan informasi jarak permukaan di jarak pandangnya, sehingga hasil sketsanya membagikan informasi jarak tiap titik pada permukaan tersebut.
Selain itu, metode ini memungkinkan alst tersebut bisa memotret yang memudahkan kepolisian saat melakukan survey pada suatu objek. Dengan 3D scanner, maka gambar dapat diambil dengan jelas.
Dalam kecelakaan tersebut, Aditia menyebut Polri mengidentifikasi satu korban tewas. “Untuk korban luka ringan ada 19 korban, 15 korban ada di RS Mutiara Bunda dan 4 lainnya ada di RS Bhakti Asih dan untuk luka berat sejauh ini nihil,” jelasnya.(Red)
