Magelang,- Gubernur Akademi Militer Mayjen TNI Legowo W.R. Jatmiko, S.I.P., M.M. menerima kunjungan Taruna United Staes Military Academy (USMA) dari negara Amerika Serikat Cadet Samantha T. Gunn dan Cadet John A. Farley bertempat di Main Hall Akademi Militer. Selasa (07/03/2023).
Sungguh merupakan suatu kebanggaan tersendiri bagi Akademi Militer untuk dapat menerima kunjungan kehormatan ini. Sebagaimana yang kita ketahui bersama, bahwa hubungan bilateral antara Amerika Serikat dengan Indonesia mengalami kemajuan di berbagai aspek, termasuk dalam bidang pendidikan militer.
Dalam kegiatan penerimaan kunjungan tersebut Gubernur Akademi Militer percaya bahwa program pertukaran yang diadakan setiap tahun, merupakan sarana yang efektif dalam menjalin hubungan dan kerja sama yang erat antara Taruna United States Military Academy (USMA) Amerika Serikat dengan Taruna-Taruni Akademi Militer.
Untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang Akademi Militer secara jelas, dipersilahkan Taruna United States Military Academy (USMA) Amerika Serikat, untuk melihat secara langsung kegiatan belajar mandiri para Taruna-Taruni Akademi Militer.
Akhirnya beliau berharap “Semoga kunjungan ini menyenangkan dan berkesan bagi Taruna United States Military Academy (USMA) Amerika Serikat “.
