Purbalingga-Satreskrim Polres Purbalingga mengungkap satu dugaan kasus korupsi Dana Desa (DD) di tahun 2021. Pelaku berinisial BR (55) merupakan Kasi Pemerintahan, Desa Galuh Kecamatan Bojongsari. Pelaku melakukan aksinya sejak 2016 sampai 2020, dengan total kerugian senilai Rp 110.338.525,-
Waka Polres Purbalingga Kompol Pujiono menyampaikan, Polres Purbalingga berhasil ungkap satu dugaan kasus korupsi DD. Pelaku merupakan Kasi Pemerintahan sekaligus bendahara Desa Galuh, Kecamatan Bojongsari.
“Aksinya dia lakukan dalam kurun waktu 2016 sampai tahun 2018,” kata Kompol Pujiono, didampingi Kasat Reskrim AKP Gurbacov, Kamis (30/12/2021).
Pelaku melakukan kejahatan dengan beberapa modus. Masing-masing yakni menyelewengkan DD, saat proyek perbaikan lapangan desa, penyelewengan dana BPJS aparatur desa setempat, dan juga menyalahgunakan aset desa berupa laptop.
“Penyelewengan dana desa perbaikan lapangan bola nilai kerugian Rp135.750.000. Setoran premi BPJS 2016-2017 senilai Rp8.870.000, dan penyalahgunaan aset desa berupa laptop senilai 5 juta.
Pelaku mengembalikan sejumlah Rp17.360.075, dan hasil keterangan ahli kerugian negara mencapai Rp110.338.525,” katanya.
Kapolres menjelaskan, pengungkapan kasus ini berawal dari informasi masyarakat, sekitar awal tahun 2021. Selanjutnya kasus ini diselidiki dan terus mengumpulkan data-data. Setelah mengantongi data dan bukti yang kuat, pelaku akhirnya diamankan pada 14 Desember 2021.
Berdasarkan pengakuan pelaku, dia melakukan aksinya seorang diri. Semua aktivitasnya dia lakukan sendiri termasuk munculnya ide untuk aksinya itu.
“Sendiri, semua sendiri,” ujarnya singkat.
Uang hasil kejahatan dia gunakan untuk keperluan hidup sehari-hari. Dia merasa gaji dari perangkat desa masih tidak cukup. Sehingga timbul pikiran untuk melakukan berbagai perbuatan curang.
“Iya gaji tidak cukup untuk keperluan sehari-hari,” katanya.
Atas perbuatannya itu, pelaku diancam pasal Pasal 2 ayat 1 jo subsider Pasal 3 jo Pasal 18 UU RI no 31 tahun 1999 yang diubah menjadi UU RI 20 tahun 2021 tentang pidana korupsi. Pasal 2 ancaman hukuman paling cepat 4 tahun dan paling lama 20 tahun. Sedangkan pasal 3 hukuman penjara paling cepat 3 tahun, dan paling lama seumur hidup.(Dik)
