Pembangunan jalan Lapen Dengan lokasi Pengerjaan ditentukan dari hasil kesepakatan warga desa Batu Panco dan hasilnya sesuai dengan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), Dalam pemeriksaan sudah sesuai dengan ukuran Volume P = 1015,2 L = 0,5 m dan P = 14 m L = 80 Cm.
Selain Kapolsek Pino juga turut hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut Camat Ulu Manna, Kades Batu Panco,Ketua BPD,Bhabinkamtibmas ,PLD,pendamping Desa,Kadun serta Masyarakat Desa Batu Panco.
Kapolres Bengkulu Selatan AKBP Florentus Situngkir, S.Ik melalui Kapolsek Pino Iptu Reno Wijaya SE, MH mengatakan , kegiatan sertifikasi jalan rabat beton Desa Batu Panco Kecamatan Pino Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan merunut kepada juknis penggunaan Dana Desa 2023.
Kegiatan sertifikasi pembangunan jalan rabat beton ini harus dìdampingi Bhabin Kamtibmas atau Tim Verifikasi kecamatan dan pendamping desa hal ini dìlaksanakan sebagai syarat sebelum mengajukan pencairan dana desa atau selanjutnya. terangnya
