Polresta Barelang – Polresta Barelang Terima Penghargaan Dari Ketua Ombudsman Republik Indonesia atas Predikat Kepatuhan Standar Pelayanan Publik Tahun 2022 yang di terima oleh Kapolresta Barelang yang di wakili oleh Kabagren Polresta Barelang AKP Asril bertempat di Ballroom Hotel Planet Holiday Batam. Senin (30/01/2022)
Kegiatan di hadiri oleh Gubernur kepri, Tim Ombusman RI, Tim Ombusman RI prov Kepri, ketua DPRD Prov Kepri, ketua DPRD Kabupaten dan Kota, para pimpinan Daerah Kepri, Perwakilan pimpinan Resort Jajaran Polda Kepri, Para Pejabatan Bea Cukai Kepri, Kantor Imigrasi Kepri, Dinkes Kepri, Seluruh Kantor Pelayanan Masyarakat.
Penganugrahan Opini Pengawasan Pelayanan Publik Polres Jajaran diberikan kepada Polresta Barelang dengan nilai tertinggi yakni 90,31, kemudian Polres Karimun dengan nilai 88,71, Polres Lingga dengan nilai 87,43, Polres Kep. Anambas dengan nilai 82,74 , Polresta Tanjung Pinang 79,34, Polres Natuna dengan nilai 78,9.
Penilaian ini juga salah satu upaya pencegahan maladministrasi dengan menilai kondisi penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik secara komprehensif.
Berbeda dengan penilaian sebelumnya yang hanya melihat komponen standar pelayanan publik, pada tahun 2022 sebagai bentuk inovasi pengawasan pelayanan publik, Ombudsman melakukan penyempurnaan. Penilaian diperluas pada pengukuran kompetensi penyelenggara, pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana, standar pelayanan serta pengelolaan pengaduan.
Pada tingkat Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia penilaian dilakukan di Polres se Provinsi Kepri dimana dua Polres yaitu Polresta Barelang dan Polres Karimun masuk pada kategori A dan mendapatkan kualitas opini Nilai Tetinggi dengan perolehan nilai 90,31 untuk Polresta Barelang dan 88,71 untuk Polres Kabupaten Karimun.
Hasil penilaian Ombudsman 10 terbaik tingkat Kabupaten, Provinsi, Lembaga dan Kementrian yang sebelumnya telah di umumkan melalui Video Conference atau Daring.
Kepala Perwakilan Ombudsman Kepri Dr Lagat Parroha Patar Siadari SE MH berharap agar seluruh kepala daerah penyelenggara pelayanan publik tingkat Pemda dan Pimpinan Lembaga dan Kementerian di Kepri, agar Terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada masyarakat dengan konsisten menerapkan Standar Pelayanan, selalu melakukan Survey Kepuasaan Masyarakat (SKM).
Juga agar Memberikan reward kepada semua pelaksana pelayanan publik yang hasil penilaiannya masuk dalam kualitas Opini Tertinggi dan Tinggi. Kemudian Memberikan punishment kepada pimpinan instansi pelaksana yang nilai kualitas opini pelayanan publiknya Sedang dan Rendah.
Ombudsman RI Perwakilan Kepri akan terus melakukan evaluasi implementasi pelayanan publik di Provinsi Kepri.
