Kapolres Kotabaru AKBP M. Gafur Aditya Siregar, S.I.K meninjau lokasi bencana tanah longsor di desa Buluh Kuning Kecamatan Sungai Durian, Kabupaten Kotabaru. Selasa (27/9/2022)
Berdasarkan laporan dari Kapolsek Sungai Durian, Sekira pukul 15.30 Kapolres Kotabaru meninjau langsung lokasi longsor menggunakan helikopter.
“Tapi tidak bisa landing, karena cuaca buruk disertai angin kencang serta kondisi pegunungan yang miring tidak memungkinkan untuk landing” jelas Kapolsek Sungai Durian, Ipda Tri Wibawa
Lanjut Ipda Tri, Kapolres Kotabaru kemudian landing di lapangan sepak bola Gendang Timburu dan selanjutnya menjenguk korban bencana longsor yang telah di evakuasi di Puskesmas Banian Kecamatan Sungai Durian.
“Usai menjenguk korban longsor, Kapolres Kotabaru bersama rombongan mengecek posko evakuasi bencana di dusun Kikil desa Buluh Kuning Kecamatan Sungai Durian.” terang Ipda Tri.
Diketahui, bencana longsor terjadi di lereng pegunungan Kura-kura 1 desa Buluh Kuning Kecamatan Sungai Durian Kabupaten Kotabaru pada Senin (26/9/2022) sekira pukul 23.00 Wita
Data sementara, Enam orang dilaporkan meninggal dunia dalam peristiwa tersebut. Enam orang lainnya mengalami luka-luka serta sejumlah rumah tertimbun longsor.
Akses ke lokasi longsor cukup sulit. Hanya bisa dilalui menggunakan kendaraan roda dua yang telah dimodifikasi atau motor jenis trail dengan jarak tempuh kurang lebih 3 jam.
Sedangkan jika dijangkau dengan berjalan kaki, jarak tempuh kurang lebih 5 jam.
