Jawa Timur – Gubernur Jawa Timur Khofifah Indar Parawansa mengajak masyarakat menyukseskan Sensus Pertanian 2023. Sebab, hasilnya akan menjadi data akurat untuk menjadi acuan kebijakan yang tepat.
“Sensus pertanian dilaksanakan setiap 10 tahun sekali. Tahun ini akan dimulai pada 1 Juni hingga 31 Juli 2023,” ujarnya.
Dalam sensus tersebut, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) pusat dan daerah, akan mendata segala hal untuk mengetahui sektor pertanian, perkebunan, peternakan, perikanan, dan kehutanan kondisi terkini.
“Kami beserta jajaran di Pemerintah Provinsi Jatim akan memberikan dukungan penuh demi kelancaran Sensus Pertanian 2023,” tutur Gubernur Khofifah. Terlebih, Jatim memang dikenal sebagai Lumbung Pangan Nasional.
Pelaksanaan Sensus Pertanian 2023 telah dicanangkan Presiden Joko Widodo pada 15 Mei 2023 lalu.
Ia pun meminta seluruh pihak di sektor pertanian untuk menyukseskan sensus pertanian tahun 2023 sehingga segera mendapatkan sebuah data yang akurat dan berkualitas.
“Saya mendukung pelaksanaan sensus pertanian tahun 2023 ini dan saya minta seluruh pemangku kepentingan di sektor pertanian menyukseskan sensus ini yang nanti dilaksanakan dari 1 Juni sampai 31 Juli, artinya dua bulan selesai dan setelah itu kita mendapatkan sebuah data yang akurat dan berkualitas,” tutur Presiden Jokowi.(Redaksiswanara)
