Jakarta – Penanganan awal untuk mencegah gangguan ginjal akut, Dinas Kesehatan DKI Jakarta menganjurkan masyarakat untuk melakukan terapi non obat, Senin (6/2/23).
“Jangan responsif, dikit-dikit harus minum obat, lakukan dulu terapi non obat, atau gunakan obat puyer,” jelas Kepala Seksi Surveilans, Epidemiologi dan Imunisasi Dinas Kesehatan DKI, Ngabila Salama , Senin (6/2/23).
Ia menjelaskan, bayi atau balita jika demam dan batuk pilek karena mayoritas disebabkan infeksi virus dan dapat sembuh sendiri tanpa minum obat. Adapun terapi non obat itu di antaranya makan, minum, istirahat cukup merupakan salah satu kunci.

Meski begitu, dalam kondisi tertentu, Ngabila Salama menganjurkan masyarakat untuk tidak gegabah untuk menjadi anti obat.
“Kalau pun minum obat lagi, pastikan sesuai resep dan anjuran dokter baik obat puyer atau sirup,” ungkapnya.
Ngabila Salama menyarankan, agar masyarakat memantau gejala anak sesudah diberi obat jika kondisi tidak membaik atau bahkan ada keluhan tambahan maka patut diwaspadai ada efek samping dari obat itu.
Keluhan tambahan itu di antaranya produksi kencing berkurang atau tidak kencing sama sekali padahal cukup minum. Apabila ada kondisi tersebut, Ia meminta untuk melakukan kontrol kepada tenaga medis atau dokter.
Sebelumnya, Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) melaporkan kembali temuan kasus baru gangguan ginjal akut dengan satu kasus konfirmasi dan satu kasus suspek.
Juru Bicara Kemenkes, Mohammad Syahril menjelaskan, dua kasus itu terdata di Jakarta yang satu kasus konfirmasi tersebut meninggal dunia. Kasus gangguan gagal ginjal akut di Indonesia sebelumnya sempat dilaporkan sebanyak 324 kasus dan sudah menurun sejak November 2022.
Dari ratusan kasus itu, Syahril menjelaskan, paling banyak dilaporkan di DKI Jakarta mencapai 47 orang meninggal dunia, dan 32 orang sembuh dengan total kasus di DKI per 15 November 2022 mencapai 83 kasus.
