Seperti halnya yang dilakukan oleh personel Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Solok Kota Aipda Oktarizal ini dengan menyisihkan sebagian gajinya untuk membeli satu unit kursi roda yang akan diserahkan kepada anak penyandang disabilitas yang ada di daerah binaannya.
Kasat Binmas Polres Solok Kota AKP Jufrinaldi,SH mengatakan bahwa apa yang dilakukan oleh Aipda Oktarizal ini merupakan bentuk kepeduliannya terhadap anak penyandang disabilitas.
Lanjutnya menerangkan, Saya sebagai kasat Binmas Polres Solok Kota merasa bangga mempunyai personel Bhabinkamtibmas seperti ini, Karena bhabinkamtibmas seperti inilah yang di harapkan oleh masyarakat, yang tau dan mengerti tentang kesulitan masyarakat binaannya.
