Kegiatan tersebut dipimpin oleh Kapolsek Sedayu, AKP Khabibulloh S. Pd. I., MM di dampingi Kanit Lantas AKP Sarijan.
Operasi Zebra Progo 2023 ini dilakukan dengan humanis mengedepankan upaya preventif dan memberikan edukasi kepada para pengguna jalan.
Kapolsek Sedayu mengatakan, operasi ini bertujuan untuk lebih mendisiplinkan dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat pengguna jalan dalam berlalu lintas di jalan raya. Selain itu, untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas dan demi terciptanya kamseltibcar lantas.
“Kami melaksanakan operasi zebra kali ini bertujuan untuk mendisiplin masyarakat agar tertib berlalu lintas dan diharapkan dapat meminimalisir angka kecelakaan di wilayah Sedayu,” katanya
