DIY – Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo mengapresiasi dan menyampaikan terima kasih kepada seluruh masyarakat terpapar Covid-19 yang memilih untuk menjalani perawatan di tempat Isolasi Terpusat (Isoter) yang telah disediakan.
Menurut Sigit, dengan pilihan melakukan perawatan di tempat isolasi terpusat tersebut, masyarakat telah berperan aktif untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran virus corona, sehingga laju pertumbuhan Covid-19 dapat dikendalikan.
“Saya berikan apresiasi kepada masyarakat yang telah memilih dirawat di Isoter. Ini akan sangat membantu untuk jaga agar pengendalian varian baru terkait penularannya betul-betul bisa kita jaga semaksimal mungkin,” kata Sigit saat meninjau lokasi Isoter di Asrama Haji Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY), Jumat (11/3/2022).
Menurut mantan Kabareskrim Polri itu, terjadinya penularan virus Covid-19 berpotensi lebih besar apabila masyarakat yang terpapar menjalani karantina selain di Isoter. Apalagi, tempat atau rumah yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan untuk menjalani isolasi mandiri.
“Karena memang kecenderungan dirawat di rumah apalagi khususnya persyaratan yang melaksanakan isoman tidak memenuhi standar, ini akan ada risiko terjadi penularan kepada keluarga ataupun masyarakat. Karena memang ada aturan dan standarnya,” ujar eks Kapolda Banten ini.
Selain itu, Sigit memastikan, dengan menjalani perawatan di Isoter, masyarakat akan mendapatkan penanganan terbaik dari dokter, tenaga kesehatan, fasilitas serta sarana dan prasarana penunjang lainnya.
“Karena itu pilihan dirawat di Isoter jauh lebih baik. Apalagi, kalau diketahui memiliki komorbid yang harus diikuti perawatan secara intensif. Karena di Isoter tenaga kesehatannya tentunya siap, obat-obatannya siap, serta fasilitasnya. Manakala terjadi hal-hal yang diharuskan dilanjutkan ke rumah sakit rujukan, tentunya Isoter jauh lebih siap. Dan ini menjadi pilihan lebih baik dalam rangka kendalikan laju Covid-19,” ucap Sigit.
Disisi lain, Sigit juga menyampaikan apresiasinya kepada dokter, tenaga kesehatan dan relawan yang telah bekerja secara maksimal dalam memberikan perawatan terbaik untuk kesembuhan dari masyarakat yang terpapar Covid-19.
“Tentunya bisa terwujud apabila kita semua selalu menjaga sinergitas, soliditas dan mengikuti apa yang menjadi anjuran Pemerintah. Vaksinasi kita kejar sampai dosis tiga dan tetap laksanakan protokol kesehatan. Utamanya didalam kegiatan tempat terbuka atau tempat kita melaksanakan interaksi dengan masyarakat lain, upayakan kita selalu gunakan masker,” papar Sigit.
Terkait tinjauannya ke Isoter Asrama Haji Sleman, Sigit menyebut mendapatkan informasi bahwa, pasien yang dirawat di tempat itu mengalami penurunan dibandingkan pada minggu lalu.
“Tadi diinformasikan yang dirawat sampai hari ini kurang lebih 45 pasien. Dengan ketersediaan tempat tidur kurang lebih 190. Alhamdulilah dilaporkan minggu ini terjadi penurunan dibandingkan minggu sebelumnya. Tentunya ini salah satu Isoter yang dimiliki wilayah Yogyakarta, dimana total semua kurang lebih 181 Isoter,” tutup Sigit.
