Demak – Kepolisian Resor Demak menggelar Upacara Kenaikan Pangkat Pengabdian kepada anggota Polri dan ASN, Rabu (5/4/2023) di Aula Mapolres setempat.
Upacara tersebut di pimpin Kapolres Demak AKBP Budi Adhy Buono.
Kenaikan pangkat pengabdian personel Polres Demak diberikan kepada Inspektur Polisi Dua (IPDA) Jaka Setyana, jabatan KA SPKT 2 Polsek Mijen yang sebelumnya berpangkat Ajun Inspektur Polisi Satu (AIPTU).
Kemudian kenaikan pangkat pengabdian juga diberikan kepada IPDA Hardono jabatan Kanit 1 SPKT Polres Demak yang sebelumnya juga berpangkat AIPTU.
Selain dua personel Polri, Polres Demak juga memberikan Kenaikan Pangkat kepada dua ASN Polri.
Adapun ASN yang menerima kenaikan pangkat yaitu Maskuri, jabatan Paurmin Bagian SDM Polres Demak. Ia mendapat kenaikan pangkat dari Penata Muda Tingkat I ke Penata.
ASN lainnya yang mendapat kenaikan pangkat adalah Agus Triono Basuki, jabatan Banum Satlantas Polres Demak. Ia mendapat kenaikan pangkat dari Pengatur Tingkat I ke Penata Muda.
Dalam amanatnya, Kapolres Demak AKBP Budi menyampaikan bahwa kenaikan pangkat pengabdian ini merupakan salah satu penghargaan kepada personel Polri yang akan memasuki masa purna.
Pemberian kenikan pangkat pengabdian ini dilaksanakan secara objektif, adil, dan konsisten sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku dengan memperhatikan beberapa aspek yang didasarkan pada kompetensi terhadap tugas pokok Polri dan ukuran prestasi yang dinilai melalui Dewan Kebijakan Karir.
“Ini merupakan wujud penghargaan Institusi Polri kepada Personel yang telah memberikan pengabdian secara maksimal selama berdinas,” kata Kapolres.
Kapolres berharap kepada seluruh personel agar tetap memberikan pengabdian terbaiknya meski sudah mendekati masa pensiun.
“Teruslah berbuat baik untuk institusi, bangsa dan negara serta masyarakat tercinta,” ungkapnya.
Kapolres menambahkan, penyerahan kenaikan pangkat pengabdian tersebut bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan rasa kebanggaan, penghormatan sikap ketauladanan, motivasi kerja dan perwujudan dari kompetisi, dedikasi serta tanggungjawab.
“Kenaikan pangkat bukanlah pemberian begitu saja, tetapi merupakan akumulasi dari kerja keras, loyalitas, dedikasi dan prestasi yang diberikan selama ini kepada organisasi, masyarakat dan negara.
