SRAGEN – Kapolres Sragen Polda Jateng bersama-sama jajaran Forkopimda kabupaten Sragen, menyelenggarakan Konferensi Pers atas perkara tewasnya seorang warga PSHT Cabang Karanganyar di wilayah Sragen.
Kapolres menegaskan, bahwa issu yang beredar, adanya penganiayaan mengiringi kecelakaan membuat satu korban meninggal dengan luka bagian kepala akibat senjata tajam oleh orang tertentu, oleh kelompok tertentu adalah tidak benar.
Yang benar adalah peristiwa murni tabrak lari, yang dilakukan oleh kendaran teridentifikasi Avanza yang belum diketahui nomor polisinya.
Kapolres mengakui bahwa atas kejadian tersebut, Polres Sragen terkendala dengan minimnya penerangan di titik TKP, sehingga kualigas gambar CCTV pada TKP saat ditingkatkan resolusinya menjadi pecah serta minimnya saksi saat kejadian disebabkan situasi sepi saat kejadian.
Namun dirinya juga tidak underestimate Kapolres berkomitmen akan tetap fokus pada pengungkapan perkara tersebut, dengan membuka diri menerima informasi dari perbagai pihak, terkait dengan kendaraan, kejadian kecelakaan dengan memberikan nomor HP pribadi Kapolres Sragen di nomor 0812 5294 9204.
“Manakala ada data, kabar yang falid terkait kendaraan tersebut, kejadian tersebut yang bisa dipertanggungjawabkan mohon informasikan ke saya. Saya membuka 0812 5294 9204, jadi itu nomor Kapolres langsung yang terhubung dengan tim yang menangani laka lantas, “ ucap Kapolres.
Sementara itu, seperti disampaikannya dalam konferensi pers bersama-sama Bupati Sragen Dr Yuni Sukowati, Ketua DPRD Suparno, Dandim 0725 Letkol Inf Yoga Yastinanda ,Kajari ,Danyon 408 Suhbrasta dan Dansubdenpom Sragen, Kapolres menyatakan bahwa clear perkara itu murni kecelakaan lalu lintas serta tabrak lari yang dilakukan oleh satu unit warna metalik jenis Avanza namun sampai saat ini belum diketahui plat nomornya, dan bukan disertai penganiayaan.
“Korbannya satu orang meninggal dunia dengan luka pada wajah depan karena tumbukan dengan benda keras yang sangat cepat, dan satu lagi mengalami luka ringan dengan nama Topik, “
“ atas peristiwa tersebut,yang saya sampaikan tadi, bahwa clear itu adalah kejadian Laka Lantas, kenapa ? karena berdasarkan alat bukti yang kami dapati berupa visum et repertum, kedua korban, kesimpulannya, bahwa korban meninggal dunia adalah luka di bagian kepala akibat benturan benda keras yang sangat cepat, dari luka itu dicocokan dengan olah tempat kejadian perkara (TKP), hasilnya clear, ada semacam tembok dinding yang mencuat keluar, dan ujungnya runcing, itu kemudian membentur dahi korban, dan kemudian membentur bagian mulut sehingga membuat bibir sobek, “ terang Kapolres, Senin (06/02/2023).
Lanjut Kapolres, “Dititik benturan dahi masih tertinggal alis yang menempel pada beton, dan juga darah. Setelah itu dicocokan dengan CCTV, di jam dan menit dan detik kejadian, melintas mobil warna silver metalik jenis Avanza, dan juga keterangan saksi yang mendengar kejadian tersebut, terdengar benturan yang sangat keras, seketika itu saksi keluar rumah, dan sempat melihat mobil Avanza kabur, yang terlihat hanyalah korban meninggal dunia dan korban bernam Topik yang kondisinya hanya lecet-lecet dan dia berdiri seolah-olah bingung atas peristiwa yang terjadi, “ urai AKBP Piter.
Atas tiga alat bukti tersebut, disandingkan dengan alat bukti yang lain, Kapolres memastikan bahwa kejadian yang terjadi pada dini hari tersebut adalah murni laka lantas, berupa tabrak lari yang dilakukan oleh pengendara mobil Avanza dengan nomor polisi yang masih dalam penyelidikan.
Hingga saat ini tim penyidik Unit Laka Lantas Polres Sragen telah memeriksa sebanyak 7 orang saksi.
“ Yang pertama adalah saksi korban sendiri yang telah menyatakan benar terjadi laka lantas, ada mobil avanza yang menabrak, dan mengakibatkan yang bersangkutan, dan satu korban meninggal dunia, “
“ yang kedua dari saksi umum, tidak ada di TKP tapi melihat motor korban dari arah jalur utama memasuki arah TKP, yang kedua seseorang yang berada di titik tabrakan melihat korban dan saksi korban, dan yang ketiga adalah 4 orang saksi lain yang berada pada saat pasca kejadian kecelakaan, namun tidak melihat saat kecelakaan terjadi, “
