BANYUASIN – Kepolisian sektor (Polsek) Tungkal Ilir, Polres Banyuasin berhasil mengungkap kasus tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan (Curat). Kejadian ini terjadi pada Kamis 23 Juni 2022 sekira pukul 15.48 WIB di Jalan Pertamina Regional 1, zona 4 Line Field Ramba Ban-26 dusun I Desa Keluang, Kecamatan Tungkal Ilir, Kabupaten Banyuasin.
Hal ini disampaikan Kapolres Banyuasin AKBP Imam Syafi’i, S.IK., M.Si melalui Kasi Humas Polres Banyuasin AKP Damidjan, SH saat dimintai konfirmasinya terkait kejadian tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan tersebut, Jum’at (12/08).
Dikatakan Damidjan, kejadian ini oleh pihak Pertamina melalui Security PT Pertamina Taryono, melaporkannya ke- Polsek Tungkal Ilir dengan dasar LP/ B / 11 / VI / 2022 /SPKT / Sek Tungkal Ilir / Res Banyuasin / Polda Sumsel, tanggal 23 Juni 2022.
Diketahui para pelakunya lanjut Damidjan, yakni JR (22) yang bekerja sebagai sopir dan beralamat di Jalan Perindustrian II Lr. Ogan Jaya RT 071 RW 14 Kelurahan Kebun Bunga Kecamatan Sukarami Kota Palembang.Sementara AI (37) yang beralamat di dusun II Desa Keluang, Kecamatan Tungkal Ilir, Kabupaten Banyuasin.(DPO). ”
Kedua pelaku ini telah melakukan pencurian pipa besi milik PT. Pertamina Bentayan di Jalan Pertamina Regional I Zona 4 Line Field Ramba BN-26 dusun I Desa Keluang, Kecamatan Tungkal Ilir Kabupaten Banyuasin,” kata Kasi Humas Polres Banyuasin AKP Damidjan.
Diketahui kedua pelaku melakukan pencurian tersebut dengan cara pelaku memotong pipa besi produksi milik PT. Pertamina Bentayan dengan ukuran 4 (empat) inci sepanjang lebih kurang 50 (lima puluh) Meter. “Akibat kejadian tersebut PT. Pertamina Bentayan mengalami kerugian lebih kurang Rp. 22.500.000,- (dua puluh dua juta lima ratus ribu rupiah),” jelas dia.
Lebih Lanjut dikatakan Damidjan, dua dari salah seorang pelaku yang berhasil diamankan berdasarkan informasi dari masyarakat bahwa ada transaksi jual beli pipa besi milik PT. Pertamina Bentayan yang dilakukan oleh para pelaku di Desa Keluang Kecamatan Tungkal Ilir Kabupaten Banyuasin.
“Kemudian dilakukan pengejaran terhadap pelaku dan setelah itu berhasil dilakukan penangkapan salah seorang pelaku JR di Jalan Poros PTPN VII Bentayan. Setelah dilakukan intrograsi pelaku JR menerangkan bahwa pelaku membeli pipa besi produksi dari pelaku AI (DPO) sebanyak 24 batang pipa besi seharga Rp. 1.800.000,00,” terang dia.
Pipa besi tersebut diangkut menggunakan satu unit mobil Suzuki Carry Pick Up warna putih BG 8127 NM yang akan dibawa ke Kota Palembang. “Menindaklanjuti keterangan dari pelaku JR, Polsek Tugkal Ilir langsung bergerak menuju rumah AI untuk melakukan penangkapan, namun pelaku sudah melarikan diri terlebih dahulu,”ujar dia.
“Saat ini pelaku JR langsung dibawa ke Polsek Tungkal Ilir untuk di lakukan pemeriksaan lebih lanjut, dan pelaku dikenakan Pasal 363 KUHPidana Jo Pasal 480 KUHPidana. Barang bukti yang disita berupa satu Unit mibil Suzuki Carry Pick Up warna putih dengan No. Pol : BG 8127 NM dan dua puluh empat batang pipa besi produksi milik PT. Pertamina Betayan,” katanya.(Redaksi Swanara)
