Swanara-Pengedar narkoba jenis sabu, Hendra Gunawan (32), warga Desa Sukamaju, Kecamatan Sungai Lilin, Muba, Selasa (19/4) sekitar pukul 19.00 WIB ditangkap Satnarkoba Polres Banyuasin.
Polisi mengamankan barang bukti tiga paket besar narkotika jenis sabu-sabu dengan berat bruto 201,85 gram, di dalam tiga buah kantong plastik warna hitam, kantong plastik warna merah jambu dan sepeda motor.
Kapolres Banyuasin AKBP Imam Syafii, SIK melalui Kasat Narkoba Iptu Junardi SH mengatakan penangkapan terhadap tersangka berawal dari laporan masyarakat yang resah terhadap peredaran narkotika di wilayah Betung tepatnya di Desa Taja Raya II.
“Kita langsung tindaklanjuti dengan menerjunkan anggota, usai mendapat informasi sekitar pukul 15.00 WIB,” ujarnya didampingi kasi humas AKP Djamijan.
Kemudian anggota melakukan penyelidikan lebih lanjut hingga malam hari tepatnya sekitar pukul 19.00 WIB. “Sampai malam kita intai,” tambahnya.
Anggota melihat tersangka Hendra sedang berada di pondok di Jalan TPU, Desa Taja Raya II, Kecamatan Betung, Banyuasin, diduga sedang menunggu pembeli. “Kita langsung grebek dan amankan tersangka tanpa perlawanan,” ucapnya.
Saat digeledah, petugas mendapatkan sabu yang dibungkus kantong plastik warna hitam di dalam kantong belakang celana sebelah kanan milik tersangka.
“Kita langsung bawa ke Mapolres Banyuasin, untuk pemeriksaan lebih lanjut,” terangnya.
Atas perbuatan tersangka, akan dikenakan Pasal 114 Ayat (2) subsider pasal 112 ayat (1) Undang-Undang RI, Nomor 35 Tahun 2009
