Jakarta – Sebanyak 10 remaja diamankan Tim Patroli Perintis Presisi (TPPP) Polres Metro Jakarta Timur pada Minggu (20/11/2022) sekitar pukul 03.30 WIB. Mereka diduga hendak tawuran di wilayah Cakung, .
Kapolsek Cakung, Kompol Syarifah Chaira Sukma mengatakan para remaja tersebut diciduk di sisi Jalan Tol Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) sisi timur, Cakung.
“10 remaja yang diamankan Tim Patroli Perintis Presisi di wilayah Kampung Buaran Gowok, Jalan Sisi Tol Timur, Cakung,” ungkap Syarifah Chaira saat dikonfirmasi, Minggu (20/11/2022).
Lebih lanjut Syarifah menjelaskan, pihaknya masih melakukan pemeriksaan intensif terhadap 10 remaja tersebut. Selain itu, polisi juga menyita sejumlah barang bukti senjata tajam.
“Saat ini masih dilakukan pemeriksaan ya. Untuk barang buktinya itu adalah senjata tajam jenis samurai satu bilah dan itu masih kami dalami milik siapa dan siapa yang membawa sajam itu,” tuturnya.
Menurut Syarifah, kesepuluh remaja yang diamankan di antaranya masih berusia di bawah umur. Karenanya, polisi mengedepankan pembinaan terhadap mereka dengan mengundang pihak orang tua masing-masing.
“Tentunya kita utamakan dulu untuk mendudukkan perkara ini dengan pembinaan, yakni dengan melibatkan lingkungan, pihak sekolah dan para orang tua,” terangnya.
Lain halnya dengan remaja yang kedapatan membawa senjata tajam. Polisi akan melanjutkan ke proses hukum yang berlaku. Mereka disangkakan Pasal 2 ayat (1) UU Darurat Nomor 12 Tahun 1951 dengan ancaman hukuman penjara 10 tahun.
