Swanara – PT MOYA Adalah perusahan yang menyuplai air bersih ke seluruh penduduk atau masyarakat Kota Batam, tetapi sering kali kita lihat, kita dengar, Keluhan dari masyarakat, sering terjadi mati nya air..?
Sekarang warga tanjung sengkuang RW. 8 RT.4 Kec Batu ampar Kota Batam merasakan dampak mati nya air yang terjadi sudah ber minggu-minggu .
Sekarang Warga Tj Sengkuang Rw 8 Rt 4 Kec Batu Ampar Kota Batam, mulai menjerit, panik, gelisah..? Karna, air yang di Suplai dari ATB /PT Moya buat warga setempat, susah mengalir ke rumah warga, pada sekarang ini.
Pada Hari Rabu tgl 12/04/2023 , team awak media, mencoba Investigasi Ke lokasi dan mewawancarai Salah satu warga setempat, warga berkata kepada awak media : Pak..Wartawan Kami terpaksa membeli air per drum nya Rp 15 000 melalui
Mobil tengki, yang di jual oleh Buk RT Kita, ini sudah Berhari- hari, bahkan berminggu -minggu terjadi, ini sudah sangat merugikan kami, dan kami sebagai warga, tidak pernah telat, selalu membayar kewajiban kami terhadap PT MOYA, tutur warga yang tidak mau di sebut namanya.
Team awak media dalam ke adaan panas terik mata hari di tengah bulan puasa , melihat langsung masyarakat berbondong-bondong mengantri ingin mendapatkan air bersih tersebut, itu pun di beli dengan seharga Rp 15 000 per drum Kepada Buk RT. ( waduh warga lagi kesusahan, malah Buk RT nya Cari Ke untungan) .
Warga sekarang ke sulitan mendapatkan air bersih buat minum dan kegunaan sehari-hari , padahal air adalah sumber kehidupan, dan kebutuhan pokok buat manusia. itu sudah jelas kita lihat di Undang-undang dasar No 17 Tahun 2019.tentang sumber daya air.
Dengan penyampaian warga kepada awak media, kami merasa terharu atas kelangkaan air bersih yang di kelola PT MOYA. sampai saat ini air yang di kelola PT tersebut tidak pernah kami nikmati.
Kami dari warga tanjung Sengkuang Rw 8 Rt 4,Kec Batu Ampar Kota Batam berharap ada dari pihak ATB/MOYA meninjau atau memantau ke adaan ini.
Kami dari awak media Berpesan kepada perangkat RT dan RW. tolong ringankan beban warga nya yang terdampak kesulitan air bersih, dan jangan la mencari keuntungan di saat seperti ini.
Kami berharap dari pihak pemerintah kota batam agar bisa membantu warga tanjung Sengkuang Rw 8 Rt 4 kec Batu Ampar Kota Batam, untuk penyaluran pengadaan air bersih . Yang gratis buat warga setempat.
Awak media sudah melakukan klarifikasi kepada ibu RT melalui pesan media whatsapp, dengan cepat bu RT membalas Klarifikasi awak media dengan jawaban. “Assalamualaikum wr.wb.

Mohon ijin saya mau klarifikasi mengenai pemberitaan di media sosial mengenai usaha air tangki saya dan suami, saya merasa di sudutkan dan di cemarkan nama saya, perlu saya sampaikan bahwa dari tahun 2003 jauh sebelum saya menjadi RT usaha saya adalah Water Supply, saya tidak pernah mempengaruhi warga untuk beli air sama saya justru karena saya merasa tidak enak hati ketika warga RT 04 mau beli air maka saya kondisikan betul betul agar bisa ke warga .
Semoga Bapak Ibu seluruh warga RT 04 selalu waspada bijaksana terhadap isu yang tidak jelas kebenarannya π
