Kurang dari enam jam, Polsek Metro Tamansari berhasil mengamankan sejumlah remaja terkait aksi penyerangan tersebut

“Saat ini terdapat 2 Pelaku yang terbukti melakukan aksi pengeroyokan dirumah makan tersebut, ada 2 remaja saat ini yang kami sudah tetapkan sebagai tersangka yakni RS (21) dan MF (17),” Ujar Kapolsek Metro Taman Sari Akbp Rohman Yonky Dilatha saat dikonfirmasi, Minggu, 23/1/2023.

” Akhirnya mereka kocar kacir melarikan diri hingga salah satu rekan gojeknya itu lari kerumah makan dan terjadi lah pengeroyokan yang saat ini viral,” bebernya
Sementara dalam kesempatan yang sama Kanit Reskrim Polsek Metro Tamansari, Kompol Roland Olaf Ferdinan mengatakan, beberapa pelaku sudah diamankan dan sedang dalam proses pemeriksaan oleh penyidik.
“Ada 5 remaja yang sudah kami amankan namun yang sudah cukup bukti unsur pidana nya ada 2 orang yakni RS (21) dan MF (17),” Ujar Roland.

Mereka diamankan setelah kami berhasil mengidentifikasi wajah pelaku dari rekaman CCTV yang ada di lokasi kejadian.
Menurutnya, hampir semua pelaku penyerangan anak di bawah umur atau usia di bawah 17 tahun.
Dari remaja yang kami amankan terdapat 4 orang yang sudah kami tetapkan sebagai daftar pencarian orang (DPO) diantaranya OO, SA, ZN dan FH
