Sentani – Tim Paniki Polsek Sentani Kota Di Backup Timsus Cycloop Polres Jayapura yang di pimpin Katim Paniki Aipda Rizal Kurniawan berhasil meringkus SAP (19) saat sedang berada di BTN Vuria Jalur II Kotaraja dalam Kota Jayapura, Senin (27/06/22) malam
SAP (19) merupakan pelaku pencurian yang terjadi dicafe Cycloop Sentani Kab. Jayapura, dan di tangkap berdasarkan Laporan Polisi nomor : LP / B / 144 / VI / 2022 / SPKT / Polsek Sentani Kota / Polres Jayapura / Polda Papua, hari Rabu tanggal 22 Juni 2022.
Kapolsek Sentani Kota AKP Rozikin, SH melalui Kanit Reskrim Polsek Sentani Kota IPDA Arif Mustamin saat dikonfirmasi membenarkan kejadian tersebut, pelaku melakukan pencurian 3 (tiga) unit handphone dan uang tunai sebesar Rp. 1.000.000,- (satu juta rupiah).
“Usai melakukan pencurian kemudian pelaku ke mata jalan BTN Puskopad Sentani untuk membuang tas milik korban, selanjutnya pelaku pulang kerumahnya yang beralamat di BTN Stakin Sentani Kab. Jayapura,”Ucap kanit reskrim.
Lagi, ungkap Kanit Reskrim, Atas kejadian tersebut, Tim paniki polsek sentani kota dan tim ciklop langsung bergerak cepat melakukan penangkapan terhadap SAP (19) setelah mendapat informasi keberadaan SAP (19) di BTN Vuria Jalur II Kotaraja dalam Kota Jayapura.
Lanjut kanit reskrim, SAP (19) di tangkap beserta barang bukti 1 (satu) unit HP merek Realme GT Edition namun barang bukti lainnya yaitu 1 (satu) unit HP merek Vivo V15 warna biru tua dan 1 (satu) unit HP merek Realme C21 warna hitam masih dalam pencarian oleh tim paniki polsek sentani kota.
“Dari hasil pemeriksaan awal SAP (19) mengakui telah melakukan pencurian 3 (tiga) unit handphone dan uang tunai sebesar Rp. 1.000.000,- (satu juta rupiah) pada hari Rabu subuh tanggal 22 Juni 2022 di tempat cafe dan karaoke Cycloop Sentani Kab. Jayapura dan pada hari Rabu siang tanggal 22 Juni 2022 pelaku bersama temannya menjual 2 (dua) unit handphone milik korban di depan pom bensin padang bulan kota jayapura dengan harga Rp. 4.000.000,- (empat juta rupiah),”pungkas Kanit reskrim.
Saat ini SAP (19) berada di rutan Polsek Sentani Kota untuk menjalani proses hukum dan atas perbuatannya SAP (19) kami jerat dengan Primer Pasal 363 Ayat 1 ke 3 dan atau Pasal 362 KUHPidana dengan ancaman hukuman paling lama 7 tahun penjara, tutup Kanit reskrim.(RedaksiSwanara)
