Palangka Raya – Tim gabungan Resmob Polresta Palangka Raya di back Up Resmob Subdit III Jatanras Ditreskrimum, Intelmob Satbrimobda, Sitekintelkam Polda Kalteng dan Resmob Polsek Pahandut berhasil meringkus pelaku pencurian spesialis Handphone, Selasa (11/1/2022) sore.
Kasat Reskrim Polresta Palangka Raya Kompol Ritman Todoan Agung Gultom, S.I.K mengungkapkan, pelaku Bernama Saini(38) warga Amuntai Kalimantan Selatan diamankan setelah melakukan aksinya di dua lokasi dan waktu yang berbeda.
“TKP pertama terjadi pada Hari Jum’at 17 September 2021 di Jalan Bukit Keminting II pelaku masuk kedalam mes milik korban melalui pintu depan yang tidak terkunci, kemudian mengambil 1 unit handphone dan 1 buah dompet berisi surat-surat penting yang diletakkan di atas tempat tidur pada saat korban sedang mandi,” beber Todoan.
Sedangkan TKP kedua, Selasa 11 Januari 2022 di Jalan G. Obos IX Palangka Raya pelaku mengambil Handphone yang diletakkan diatas Kasur saat korban sedang tertidur dan pelaku berhasil diringkus di Jalan Achmad Yani Palangka Raya tidak lama setelah melakukan aksi keduanya tersebut.
Dari tangan tersangka petugas berhasil mengamankan barang bukti berupa 1 (Satu) Unit Handphone merk Oppo A74, warna biru dan 1 (satu) buah handphone Merk : VivoWarna : Mineral Blue.
“Saat ini pelaku berikut barang bukti telah kita amankan di Kantor Satreskrim Polresta Palangka Raya gune proses penyidikan lebih lanjut dan akibat perbuatannya, pelaku dapat dijerat dengan Pasal 362 KUH Pidana tentang pencurian dengan ancaman hukuman maksimal lima tahun penjara,” katanya
