Semarang – Tindak pidana pemalsuan oli sepeda motor berhasil diungkap tim Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus Polda Jateng di tiga lokasi.
Ketiga lokasi itu berada yaitu di Wonosalam Kabupaten Demak serta Semarang Timur dan Semarang Utara Kota Semarang.
Dua tersangka berinisial AM (40) dan DKA (41) ditangkap polisi dalam kegiatan tersebut.
Keberhasilan ungkap kasus tersebut, digelar Polda Jateng dalam sebuah konferensi pers yang digelar di salah satu TKP di Jl Kayumas Timur, Semarang Utara pada Kamis (20/10).
Dirreskrimsus Polda Jateng Kombes Pol Dwi Subagio menerangkan tersangka AM ditangkap karena menjual oli palsu kepada masyarakat. Dari penggalian informasi, diketahui ada tiga lokasi atau pabrik yang bisa membuat oli palsu.
“Ada di Kecamatan Wonosalam Kabupaten Demak, di Kecamatan Semarang Timur dan di lokasi konferensi pers saat ini yaitu di Tanah Mas Kecamatan Semarang Utara Kota Semarang,” kata dia
“Semua produksi dikelola oleh tersangka DKA, jadi dia ditangkap karena memproduksi oli palsu,” tambahnya.
Adapun materi yang digunakan untuk membuat oli palsu adalah bahan olahan yang ditambah zat adiktif dan zat pewarna kemudian dikemas untuk selanjutnya dipasarkan.
Berdasar laporan, kata Kombes Dwi Subagio, oli yang dipalsukan adalah merk AHM dan Yamalube. Adapun wilayah edarnya cukup masif dan luas di seluruh Indonesia terutama di Jawa Tengah dan Kalimantan.
Diungkapkan, produksi oli palsu yang dibuat tersangka DKA beromzet 3000 botol per hari selama 20 hari kerja per bulan. Dalam sebulan omzet penjualan yang diperoleh pelaku senilai Rp 960 juta.
“Jadi dalam setahun omzetnya sekitar Rp 11,5 Miliar dan mereka sudah beroperasi selama dua tahun. Jadi hasilnya sangat besar sekali yaitu 23 Miliar,” tandasnya.
Dalam ungkap kasus itu, tutur Kombes Dwi Subagio, polisi menyita 3 mesin video set, 3 mesin alat pengikat, 6 tandon penampungan oli, 50 drum kosong serta ribuan botol oli siap edar.
“Ditreskrimsus juga menyita 6 mobil box yang diduga dipakai untuk mengangkut oli palsu,” tambahnya
Kabidhumas Polda Jateng, Kombes Pol M Iqbal Alqudusy menambahkan pengungkapan kasus pemalsuan produk merupakan salah satu prioritas Polda Jateng. Hal ini dikarenakan produk palsu akan membawa dampak yang merugikan masyarakat selaku konsumen.
“Dampaknya bisa merusak mesin sepeda motor. Kendaraan yang menggunakan oli palsu ini bisa mengalami over heat dan sebagainya. Untuk itu masyarakat agar jeli dan selalu menggunakan produk yang asli, karena resiko oli palsu cukup berbahaya,” terangnya
Atas perbuatannya, tersangka DKA dan AM diancam hukuman berdasarkan Pasal 100 ayat (1) dan/atau ayat (2) dan Pasal 102 Undang-Undang No.
20 Tahun 2016 Tentang Merek dan Indikasi Geografis, dengan ancaman maksimal lima tahun penjara dan / atau denda senilai Rp 2 Miliar.(Dicky)
