“Sedangkan yang tidak puas 25,2% (gabungan antara kurang puas 18,0% dan sangat tidak puas 7,2%). Lalu 4,4% mengaku tidak tahu/tidak jawab,” kata Direktur Eksekutif Arus Survei Indonesia Ali Rif’an, Kamis 25 Agustus 2022.
Adapun survei ini diikuti sebanyak 1.200 responden dengan margin of error +/- 2.9% pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Survei dilaksanakan pada 18-23 Agustus 2022 di 34 provinsi di Indonesia dengan cara telesurvei, yaitu responden diwawancara melalui kontak telepon menggunakan kuesioner.
Sikap Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo yang akan menindak tegas pejabat-pejabat Polri yang terlibat judi online dan lain-lain juga dinilai positif oleh publik.
“Sebanyak 71,2% responden menilai sikap itu sudah tegas (gabungan cukup tegas 54,9% dan sangat tegas 16,3%),” tuturnya.
Oleh karena Kapolri sigap dan transparan dalam menangani kasus penembakan Brigadir J ini, isu tersebut tidak mempengaruhi persepsi publik terhadap kinerja pemerintah.

Sebanyak 73,1% publik mengaku puas (gabungan antara cukup puas 54,5% dan sangat puas 18,6%) dengan kinerja Pemerintahan Joko Widodo-Ma’ruf Amin.
“Sementara yang tidak puas diangka 24,4% (gabungan antara kurang puas 21,3% dan sangat tidak puas 4,1%). Adapun yang mengaku tidak tahu/tidak jawab 1,4%,” ujar mantan Manajer Riset Poltracking Indonesia itu.
Sementara itu, tilang elektronik (29,4%) dinilai publik sebagai program unggulan Kapolri yang paling bagus, disusul perpanjangan SIM melalui aplikasi (28,8%), samsat digital nasional (27,8%), dan ujian tulis untuk SIM baru (5,5%).
Adapun 8,4% mengaku tidak tahu/tidak jawab. Sedangkan Surat Ijin Mengemudi (SIM) 31,9%, Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) 28,3%, dan Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan Bermotor (STNK) 14,0% merupakan tiga besar layanan-layanan Kepolisian yang paling memuaskan.(Red)
