Terlihat antrian panjang pengisian BBM mulai dari jenis BBM solar hingga pertalite bisa di rasakan oleh semua pengendara di wilayah Candiroto, mereka protes soal para oknum penggangsu BBM bersubsidi itu.
Tampak banyaknya antrian pengendara roda dua maupun roda empat, membuat mereka yang antri geram, sebab petugas SPBU juga bandel dan nekat melayani dan mengutamakan penganggu ber jerigen.
Hasil pantauan awak media terlihat jelas, banyaknya konsumen pembeli pertalit seperti semut yang berbaris mutar muter membeli BBM perltalite untuk kepentingan pribadi bahkan di jual kembali.
Sekira pukul 18.00-19.00 Wib.terlihat jelas ada Puluhan mobil minibus jenis Cary hilir mudik mutar balik berulang ulang antri dalam pengisian BBM jenis pertalite.
Diawali pantauan tim awak media ini, dari arah selatan bermaksud pulang ke Kendal melihat dengan terbuka,antrian kendaraan yang berulang ulang mengisi dan kembali mengisi lagi terlihat juga tak jauh dari lokasi SPBU, tim media langsung minta keterangan dari salah satu sopir yang antri,meki begitu para sopir justru memanfaatkan peluang dengan modus nakalnya,yaitu dengan cara menyedot BBM dari tangki mobil ke jerigen hasil dari ngangsu di SPBU Candiroto,hasil sedotan tangki mobil itu di pindah kedalam jerigen, ternyata bukan hanya pertalit saja ada juga belasan jerigen jenis solar berubsidi untuk rakyat juga dirampas para oknum tengkulak.

Ternyata apa yang di katakan Fendi benar di samping Masjid ternyata ada puluhan Mobil Suzuki Carry jenis angkot yang sedang menyedot dari tangki mobil di pindahkan ke jerigen.
Tim awak media kembali menglarifikasi kebenaranya dengan sopir pembeli BBM jenis Pertalite, “Bambang mengaku bahwa dirinya bersama teman dengan 11 Orang setiap sekali ngangsu sekali pengisian memberikan fei Rp 3.000 kepada Operator petugas SPBU dan Bambang juga mencatut Oknum anggota Polsek memberikan Rp.150.000 perorang dengan jumblah 11 Orang perbulanya,” jelas Bambang.
Namun naas seusai mendapatkan informasi tim media mendapatkan perlakuan yang tidak baik, kedua ban mobil belakang di gembesin kemudian awak media di datangi beberapa orang salah satunya mengaku Ketua Ormas PP Temanggung, mereka mengaku bahwa ada anggotanya terlibat pengambilan BBM subsidi di SPBU tersebut.
Dengan adanya transaksi MoU dari pihak SPBU dengan konsumen pembelian BBM bersubsidi dengan partai besar Aparat Penegak Hukum APH harus bertindak tegas, apalagi dalam pengakuan pihak pengangsu telah mencoreng nama baik kesatuan.
Peristiwa tersebut setidaknya jadi informasi kepada pihak Pertamina Jawa tengah diharapkan memberi sanksi tegas kepada SPBU 44.562.09 Candiroto Kabupaten Temanggung yang melanggar ketentuan peraturan dari Pertamina, (Yanto Kudus)
