Jember Sukowono/ Sewa Gedung KUD Bhineka Tunggal Ika Sukosari Menuai Polemik, Ketua KUD Bhineka Tunggal Ika dan Kades Desa Sukosari Sukowono. Mendatangi Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Jember dimintai keterangan terkait polemik sewa gedung KUD Bhinneka Tunggal Ika yang berdiri di atas Tanah Kas Desa (TKD).
Kades Sukosari Sukowono, Ahmad Romadlon menyampaikan pada awak media tepatnya di Kantor Kejari Jember, ada 2 poin yang menjadi kesepakatan antara pihak Pemerintah Desa dan KUD, yakni pengembalian uang sewa dan lahan TKD tersebut ke Desa. Terangnya.
Lanjut Kades Sukosari, Kejaksaan memberi waktu pada kami hingga Rabu mendatang untuk penyelesaian kesepakatan tersebut. tutur Ahmad Romadlon, di Kantor Kejari Jember.
Romadlon juga menambahkan, gedung di lokasi TKD Sukosari disewakan oleh pengurus KUD sejak 2019 hingga 2024. “Dari tahun 2019 hingga 2022 disewakan sebesar 15 juta Rupiah dan di tahun 2022 hingga 2024 disewakan sebesar 10 juta Rupiah .
Total keseluruhan yang harus dikembalikan oleh pihak KUD Bhineka Tunggal Ika ke Pihak Pemdes Desa Sukosari berjumlah Rp25 juta,” ucapnya.
Saat proses sewa – menyewa tersebut ada keterlibatan oknum mantan Kades dan oknum mantan BPD dan Kasun aktif desa Sukosari.
Kami harap masalah ini diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan, karena mereka masih warga saya semua.kami ingin memanfaatkan lahan TKD tersebut untuk menjadi pasar desa demi kepentingan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Sukosari,” pungkasnya.
