mengatakan mengatakan terbongkarnya kasus ini bermula dari informasi dari masyarakat adanya aktivitas yang mecurigakan oleh seseorang yang diduga sering bertransaksi obat berbahaya.
“Kami menerima informasi dari masyarakat tentang adanya seseorang yang diduga sering bertransaksi obat berbahaya Desa Ajibarang Kulon Kec. Ajibarang Kab. Banyumas”, ungkap Kasat Narkoba.
Menindaklanjuti informasi tersebut, petugas melakukan penyelidikan dan berhasil mengamankan pelaku yang berinisial ZA (25) warga Desa Ajibarang Kulon, Kec. Ajibarang Kab. Banyumas yang merupakan tukang parkir di depan mini market.
Selanjutnya petugas melakukan penggledahan dan mendapati barang bukti berupa 1 (satu) plastik klip warna biru yang didalamnya berisi 1 (satu) lembar obat kemasan warna silver bertuliskan Mersi Alprazolam Tablet 1 mg berisi 10 (sepuluh) butir, 1 (satu) plastik klip warna biru yang didalamnya berisi 9 (Sembilan) butir obat kemasan warna silver bertuliskan Mersi Alprazolam Tablet 1mg, 1 (satu) plastik klip warna biru yang didalamnya berisi 1 (satu) strip obat kemasan warna silver bertuliskan Riklona®2 Clonazepam Tablet 2 mg berisi 10 (sepuluh) butir dan 1 (satu) buah plastik klip warna biru yang didalamnya berisi 7 (tujuh) butir obat kemasan warna silver bertuliskan Riklona®2 Clonazepam Tablet 2 mg berisi 10 (sepuluh) butir.
Dengan ditemukanya barang bukti dan keterangan para saksi di lokasi kejadian selanjutnya pelaku dibawa ke kantor Sat Resnarkoba Polresta Banyumas untuk di lakukan penyidikan lebih lanjut guna mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatanya.
“Atas kejadian tersebut, pelaku dijerat dengan Pasal dugaan adanya tindak pidana Psikotropika sebagaimana dimaksud dan diatur dalam Pasal 62 UU RI Nomor 5 tahun 1997 tentang Psikotropika”, ungkapnya.
