Kapolresta Barelang Kombes Pol Nugroho Tri Nuryanto, SH, SIK, MH Mengatakan Saya mengapresiasi Kinerja Kasat Resnarkoba Kompol Lulik Febyantara, SIK, MH Bersama Tim yang telah menangkap pelaku pengedar tindak pidana narkotiba jenis shabu, pelaku yang berhasil di amankan berinisial AP (41 Tahun) beserta pemakai yang berInisial ME (54 Tahun), Inisial J (18 Tahun), AS (29 Tahun), TH (47 Tahun).
Modus dari Para Pelaku yakni Pelaku AP adalah orang yang menyimpan narkotika, setelah di geledah di temukan 5 paket/bungkus narkotika jenis sabu dibungkus plastik transparan dengan berat 2,22 gram, paket/bungkus Narkotika Jenis Shabu tersebut siap untuk diedarkan di kota batam khususnya di ruli kampung aceh muka kuning kec. sei beduk – kota batam.
Dan dari Tempat Kejadian Perkara Ditemukan Barang Bukti Berupa 20 Batang Mancis/ Pematik Api, 22 Alat Hisap Sabu/ Bong, 1 Buah Steples, 2 Buah Gunting, 1 Unit Handphone Merk Samsung, serta Uang Tunai Sebesar Rp 419.000.
Kapolresta Barelang Kombes Pol Nugroho Tri Nuryanto, SH, SIK, MH mengatakan Kronologis kejadian berawal pada saat saya mendapatkan informasi dari masyarakat melalui whatsapp bahwasanya ada peredaran narkotika jenis sabu di kampung aceh, ada videonya dan ada foto- fotonya, langsung saya share ke kasat narkoba untuk menindak lanjuti saat itu juga, karena informasi tersebut kepada saya bahwa di kampung aceh sudah lama adanya transaksi narkotika jenis shabu disana ada di jual ada di pakai, langsung saya perintahkann Kasat Narkoba dan Jajaran untuk penggerebekan tempat tersebut.
Kemudian pda tanggal 29 April 2022 berhasil di amankan beberapa barang bukti beserta tersangka sebagai pengedar ataupun penjual narkotika, termasuk juga pemakai yang berhasil di amankan yang berinisial Inisial ME (54 Tahun), Inisial J (18 Tahun), AS (29 Tahun), TH (47 Tahun).
Saya Himbau kepada masyarakat yang tinggal di kampung Aceh segera untuk menghentikan adanya peredaran narkoba, Peredaran ini sudah tercium oleh anggota kami, apabila terdapat seperti itu lagi akan kami lakukan penindakan, informasi dari pelaku di tempat tersebut telah di jual beberapa paket sabu termasuk menyewakan alat bong, 1 alat bong di sewa seharga Rp.10.000,-, dan untuk 1 gram sabu seharga 1.500.000, dan ini di jual perpaket seharga Rp.100.000 sudah termasuk Sabu dan Alat Bong, dan bisa di pake di tempat itu juga.

“Atas perbuatannya, para tersangka pasal 114 ayat (1) jo pasal 112 ayat (1) uu ri no.35 tahun 2009 tentang narkotika. dengan ancaman pidana penjara paling singkat 4 tahun dan paling lama 12 tahun, ungkap kapolresta barelang Kombes pol Nugroho Tri Nuryanto, SH, SIK, MH.
