Padang – Satreskrim Polresta Padang ciduk oknum Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) karena terlibat tindak pidana penggelapan laptop. Pelaku inisial AR (27) bertugas di salah satu instansi Dinas Pemko Padang.
Kasatreskrim Polresta Padang Kompol Dedy Ardiansyah Putra mengatakan, penangkapan pelaku tersebut berawal dari laporan, dimana pelaku ingin menyewa laptop milik korban.
“Ya, korban ini menyewakan laptop kepada pelaku dengan biaya Rp150 ribu per harinya. Kejadian tersebut terjadi pada hari senin (16/1/2023) lalu,” katanya, Jumat (10/2/2023).
Ditambahkannya, korban kemudian menghubungi pelaku bahwasalnya ia bersedia meminjamkan satu unit laptop merk HP warna gold kepada pelaku selama lima hari.
“Usai lima hari masa penyewaan, pelaku tak kunjung mengembalikan laptop tersebut dan ketika korban berusaha menghubungi pelaku namun tak bisa ditemukan,” jelasnya.
“Karena ada kejanggalan, korban lansung melaporkan kejadian tersebut kepada petugas. Atas tindakan yang dilakukan pelaku korban mengalami kerugian hingga Rp6.900.000,” tuturnya.
Berdasarkan laporan, kata Dedy, tim bergerak untuk melacak keberadaan pelaku dan didapati pelaku sedang berada di tempat kerjanya di Dinas Pariwisata kota Padang kemudian kepolisian lansung menuju lokasi untuk mengamankan pelaku.
“Pada hari Kamis (9/2/2023) sekitar pukul 17.00 WIB pelaku sedang berada di depan pos satpam Dinas Pariwisata kota Padang dan lansung dibawa ke Polresta Padang untuk dimintai keterangan,” ungkapnya.
“Setelah diperiksa, ternyata pelaku sudah melakukan tindak kejahatan serupa sebanyak enam kali. Setelah ditelusuri, barang sudah digadaikan di beberapa sentral gadai yang ada di kota Padang,” katanya lagi.
Terpisah, Kadis BKSDM Kota Padang sekaligus Plt Kadispar kota Padang, Arfian mengakui bahwa pelaku memang seorang ASN di lingkup Dinas Pariwisata kota Padang.
“Kami masih menunggu kepastian hukum dari kepolisian. Yang bersangkutan akan diberhentikan sementara hingga status hukumnya jelas agar dapat diberikan sanksi terkait dugaan tersebut,” katanya.(Redaksiswanara)
