Jakarta – Satreskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat meringkus empat pelaku perampok dan penyekapan di Apartemen Menteng Park, Jakarta Pusat. Korban berinisial (AD), seorang pria pengusaha souvenir.
Akibat aksi pencurian dengan kekerasan itu, korban alami total kerugian mencapai Rp 1 miliar.
Kasat Reskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat (AKBP. Gunarto) menjelaskan saat mendapatkan laporan peristiwa itu pihaknya langsung melakukan penyelidikan dan penangkapan terhadap para tersangka.
“Satu hari setelah kejadian, kami menangkap tersangka berinisial (JR), (ZS) dan (PO). Dua hari setelah itu tersangka utama berinisial (AL) juga ditangkap,” ungkapnya.
Polres Jakarta Pusat menyita sejumlah barang bukti hasil kejahatan perampokan yang dilakukan komplotan mereka terhadap para korban.
“Salah satu pelaku kami dalami. Ia menyewa apartemen dan menggunakan KTP palsu. Saat ini, kami cari tempat membuat KTP palsu,” ucapnya.
Dari sindikat tersebut, seorang pelaku melakukan perkenalan dengan korban melalui aplikasi kenalan. Pelaku berpura-pura akan membuat acara dan memesan souvenir kepada korban.
Selanjutnya, pelaku mengajak korban ketemu di sebuah apartemen kawasan Menteng, Jakarta Pusat. Usai lokasi ditentukan, korban mendatangi unit kamar apartemen pelaku.
“Ketika korban mendatangi apartemen, Begitu memasuki unit langsung disekap dan dianiaya,” terangnya.
Aksi penyekapan berlangsung selama 1 hari di unit apartemen Menteng Park. Selanjutnya, kepala korban dimasukan ke dalam sebuah kantong oleh pelaku lainnya dan dipukuli.
“Saat kejadian, korban mengalami luka di kepala. Kepala ditutup menggunakan kantong yang gelap dan dipukul dari belakang. Luka memar di kepala belakang dan tubuhnya. Saat ini korban masih dirawat intensif,” sambungnya.
Korban juga sempat diancam menggunakan senjata tajam oleh salah satu pelaku. Berikutnya, para pelaku menguras isi ATM dan kartu kredit milik korban mencapai Rp 1 miliar.
Atas perbuatannya, keempat tersangka dijerat Pasal 365 KUHP, dan pihak Satreskrim Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat masih melakukan pengembangan terkait narkotika dan pembuatan KTP palsu ftersebut.(redaksi Swanara)
