Blora- Polres Blora Polda Jawa Tengah |Satuan Reserse Kriminal, (Satreskrim) Polres Blora Polda Jawa Tengah berhasil menangkap seorang pria berinisial HI, warga kecamatan Blora Kabupaten Blora.
HI ditangkap petugas lantaran diduga melakukan penganiayaan terhadap anak tirinya berinisial GVR yang berumur 8 tahun hingga tewas.
Dalam keterangannya saat konferensi pers di halaman belakang Mapolres Blora. Kapolres Blora AKBP Fahrurozi,SIK,MM,MH melalui Kasat Reskrim AKP Supriyono,SH,MH membeberkan bahwa peristiwa tersebut
terjadi pada 10 September 2022 lalu di rumah korban, yang berada di Kelurahan Tempelan, Kecamatan Blora, Kabupaten Blora.
Didampingi oleh Kasi Humas AKP Budi Yuwono dan KBO Satreskrim Ipda Suhari,SH. Kasatreskrim Polres Blora mengatakan pihaknya menangkap pelaku pada Jumat, 21 Oktober 2022 lalu saat tersangka berada di rumah.
Saat pihak kepolisian melakukan interogasi, tersangka semula tidak mau mengakui perbuatannya. Namun, setelah dibawa ke kantor polisi, pelaku akhirnya mengakui perbuatannya yang telah menganiaya anak tirinya hingga tewas.
Kasat Reskrim mengatakan motif tersangka menganiaya anak tirinya karena terpancing emosi.
“Motif pelaku melakukan kekerasan terhadap anak tirinya adalah bahwa tersangka emosi terhadap korban. Karena korban diberikan uang saku sebesar Rp 10.000 oleh pamannya. Tetapi pada saat ditanya oleh pelaku, uang tersebut sudah habis diberikan kepada temannya. Sehingga pelaku ini emosi marah-marah kemudian melakukan kekerasan terhadap anak tirinya,” ungkap Kasat Reskrim Polres Blora.
Korban yang masih duduk di bangku sekolah dasar (SD) tersebut mendapatkan penganiayaan hampir di sekujur tubuhnya. Mulai dari muka, pipi, dada, hingga punggung.
Kemudian oleh pelaku, korban diangkat ke dalam kamar. Kemudian korban sempat muntah mengenai pakaian korban. Kemudian baru dibawa ke Rumah Sakit Permata, karena tidak mampu (mengatasi) kemudian dibawa lagi ke RSUD Soetijono. Kemudian dilakukan tindakan medis awal dan oleh dokter dinyatakan meninggal dunia,” tambah Kasat Reskrim.
Untuk mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya, pelaku dikenakan pasal berlapis. Di antaranya Pasal 76C juncto Pasal 80 ayat 3 dan 4, Undang-undang RI Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 dengan ancaman pidana maksimal 20 tahun penjara.
Kemudian tersangka juga dikenakan Pasal 5a juncto Pasal 44 ayat 3 UU RI Nomor 23 Tahun 2004 tentang penghapusan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga ancaman pidana maksimal 15 tahun.
“Serta Pasal 351 KUHP penganiayaan ancaman pidana 7 tahun penjara,” kata dia.
Kemudian Kasat Reskrim menyampaikan terima kasih kepada seluruh pihak yang ikut mendukung dan berperan aktif sehingga kasus tersebut bisa diungkap dengan jelas oleh petugas.(Red)
