PRABUMULIH – Hampir seminggu pelaksanaan Ops Patuh Musi 2023, guna meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat Prabumulih patuh dan taat berlalin. Jajaran Satlantas Polres Prabumulih, rutin dan gencar melaksanakan imbauan atau kampanye keselamatan berlalin di jalan. Dan, jika ada pelanggaran dilakukan masyarakat di depan mata dilakukan Gakkum. Hal itu dibenarkan Kapolres Prabumulih, AKBP Witdiardi SIk MH melalui Kasat Lantas, AKP Muthemainah SH kepada awak media, Kamis, 13 Juli 2023. “Kampanye keselamatan berlalin, dan imbauan taat serta patuh berlain terus kita gencarkan dalam rangka meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat berlalin,” ujar Muthe, sapaan akrabnya, Kamis. Pada kesempatan itu, ia mengatakan, kalau Gakkum ini bertujuan, memberikan efek jera kepada pelanggar lalin agar patuh dan taat. “Sehingga, ke depannya pelanggaran bisa dikurangi akibat Gakkum. Karena, pelanggar harus membayar sanksi denda karena pelanggarannya,” jelasnya.
Kata dia, selama Ops Patuh Musi 2023, bertemakan, Patuh dan Tertib Cermib Kualitas Bangsa, Gakkum akan terus dilakukan.
“Sasaran Gakkum, tidak pakai helm SNI. Melawan arus, dan bonceng tiga ketika berkendara sepeda motor ketika personel melakukan penindakkan di jalan terjadi di depan mata,” pungkasnya.(Redaksiswanara)
