Dalam kesempatan tersebut Kasat Resnarkoba Polres Singkawang Akp Jumari, S.H, menyampaikan Kornologis singkat tentang Penangkapan Kasus Narkotika tersebut,
Bahwa pada hari Senin tanggal, 19 September 2022 sekira jam 22.00 Wiba anggota satresnarkoba telah melakukan penangkapan terhadap Tersangka Inisial “R” di Kost Trigan yang beralamat di Jalan Mawar Kelurahan Sekip Lama, Kecamatan Singkawang Tengah, Kota Singkawang. Saat diamankan dan dilakukan penggeledahan ditemukan barang bukti Narkotika 5 (lima) paket kantong plastik klip yang diduga berisikan narkotika jenis sabu dengan berat bersih 14,91 gram dan 3 (tiga) butir pil warna Hijau yang diduga narkotika jenis ekstasi bertulis LV dengan berat bersih 1,18 gram,
Bahwa Barang Bukti Narkotika tersebut telah di ambil sampel dan di uji ke Balaipom, bahwa barang bukti tersebut adalah benar Narkotika dan saat ini Perkaranya masih dalam Proses Penyidikan, dan tersangka tersebut masih kami Tahan diRutan Polres Singkawang,
Selanjudnya terhadap Barang Bukti tersebut di lakukan Pemusnahan Barang Bukti dengan disaksikan BNN Kota Singkawang, Kejari Kota Singkawang , Dinas Kesehatan , Penasehat Hukum , Kasat, Kanit Provos, Penyidik , Tersangka dan Beberapa Orang Saksi,
