Yapen – Setelah berkas perkaranya telah dinyatakan lengkap (P21), Satuan Reserse Narkoba (Sat Res Narkoba) Polres Kepulauan Yapen melimpahkan satu orang tersangka dan barang bukti (tahap II) kasus narkoba jenis ganja di Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kepulauan Yapen, Senin (29/8/2022).
Pelaksanaan tahap dua terhadap tersangka ini dilakukan oleh Bripka Almon J. Marpaung, S.H., dan Briptu O. Aninam yang diterima oleh Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Kejaksaan Negeri Kepulauan Yapen Swastika Noor Yudha Pratama dan Daniel H. Purba.
Kasat Res Narkoba Polres Yapen Ipda Zainudin Abubakar, S.Sos. S.H., mengatakan, penyerahan berkas perkara tersangka berinisial ATH alias K (30) yang memiliki narkotika golongan I jenis ganja 231,3 gram yang di bawa dari Jayapura dan di dapatkan dari PNG.
“kemarin (29/8) kami ada limpahkan tahap dua tersangka kasus ganja ke kejaksaan, tersangka di tangkap tanggal 1 juli kemarin saat baru masuk ke serui dengan menggunakan speed boat tepatnya pas sandar di kali mati cina tua,” jelas Kasat Res Narkoba.
Lebih lanjut kata IPDA Zainudin Abubakar, tersangka disangkakan Pasal 115 Ayat (1) dan atau Pasal 114 (1) dan atau Pasal 111 Ayat (1) UU RI Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika dan terancam hukuman 20 Tahun penjara.(Red)
