kupang – Kepala Kepolisian Resor Kupang AKBP Anak Agung Gde Anom Wirata, S.I.K.,M.H merilis kasus Persetubuhan Anak Bawa Umur yang saat ini ditangani Penyidik Reskrim Polres Kupang.
Kapolres Agung menerangkan bahwa kasus asusila ini diterimanya pada tanggal 1 Mei 2023 melalui laporan Polisi No. Pol.: LP/K/54/V/2023/Polres Kupang/Polda Nuda Tenggara Timur tanggal 1 Mei 2023 dengan korban atas nama APJF (12) dan pelaku atas nama YAB dan YEB.
Setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan terhadap beberapa orang saksi, para pelaku diduga kuat telah melakukan perbuatan yang tidak terpuji itu dirumahnya pada bulan Januari dan Maret tahun 2023 lalu.
Atas perbuatannya itu, kedua pelaku saat ini sudah ditahan di Ruang Tahanan Polres Kupang guna kepentingan penyidikan lebih lanjut.
” Kedua pelaku sudah kami lakukan penahanan dan saat ini sudah berada dalam ruang Tahanan Polres Kupang, ” terangnya.
Kapolres Agung juga menguraikan kronologis kejadiannya yang bermula pada bulan Januari 2023 saat korban mendatangi rumah pelaku YAB, pelaku mengajak korban masuk kekamar rumahnya dan setelah sampai dikamar pelaku memegang kedua payudara korban dan saat itu korban melarikan diri.
Kemudian pada bulan Maret tahun 2023 korban datang kerumah YER untuk mengantar uang dan saat itu pelaku YER menarik tangan korban kekamarnya dan membanting korban diatas tempat tidur kemudian pelaku YER meramas Payudara korban dan berusaha membuka baju korban namun saat itu korban melarikan diri hingga lolos dari niat jahat pelaku YER.
” Penyidik sudah lengkapi berkasnya dan dalam waktu dekat akan berkoordinasi dengan pihak Jaksa Penuntut Umum guna pengiriman berkas perkaranya,” katanya.
