Ambon.- Melalui Puslitbang (Tim Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan) Polri menilai sistem pelayanan yang dilakukan di jajaran Polda Maluku sangat baik dengan nilai di atas 80 persen.
“Hasil kerja tim penelitian yang dilakukan pada lima Polres jajaran Polda Maluku dikategorikan masih sangat baik dengan nilai di atas 80 persen,” ujar Ketua Tim Puslitbang Polri, Kombes. Pol. Saefuddin Mohamad, S.I.K.

“Hasil penelitian di lapangan kami menilai secara umum satuan jajaran Polda Maluku sudah baik, namun ada beberapa hal yang perlu juga dibenahi dan ditingkatkan, seperti pelayanan disabilitas, kehadiran anggota lalu lintas dan Bhabinkamtibmas,” ujarnya.
Ia mengungkapkan, untuk fungsi pembinaan masyarakat (Binmas), tim Puslitbang Polri berharap agar kegiatannya dapat ditingkatkan karena respon masyarakat terhadap fungsi tersebut masih ada yang minim.
Ia menambahkan fungsi lalu lintas yang berada di jajaran Polda Maluku juga perlu ditingkatkan karena respon masyarakat terkait penanganan kecelakaan lalulintas masih agak lambat.
“Sehingga kesimpulan dari kami harus segera dibenahi pelayanan dan kegiatannya. Namun secara umum kami menilai bahwa Polda Maluku masih sangat baik dalam melakukan pelayanan kepada masyarakat,” katanya.(Redaksiswanara)
