Ridho, SH, Bertempat di Mapolsek Sekupang. Sabtu (21/05/2022)
Kapolsek Sekupang Kompol Yudha Surya Wardana, SIP, MSi mengatakan Pelaku yang di amankan berinisial ASF (22 Tahun), yang di amankan di Rumah Pelaku di Kavling Sei Lekop Kec. Sagulung Kota Batam.
Kejadian Berawal Pada Saat korban (17 Tahun) bersama dengan adeknya 06 Mei 2022 sekira pukul 19.00wib sedang jualan donat sambil berjalan kaki, lalu korban menceritakan kepada adeknya tentang dimana membeli testpack, lalu adeknya mengatakan tidak mengetahui kalau mau tahu lebih tahu tanya mama karena aku masih anak kecil tidak tahu apa-apa, sesampai dirumah adeknya pun mengatakan tanyalah sama mama yang kamu ucapkan tadi sama aku yang tidak tahu apa-apa.
Kemudian ibu Korban pun bertanya kepada korban. “Apa Maksud Ucapanmu ke Adekmu, Kok Lain lain Omonganmu”, selanjutnya korban pun mengatakan kepada ibunya “Mama, Saya udah punya Pacar dan sudah melakukan Hubungan Intim” lalu ibu Korban pun syok mendengarnya, dan bertanya “Sudah berap kali kamu berhubungan intim” lalu korban mengatakan “Kami sudah melakukannya 3 kali”, atas kejadian tersebut Ibu Korban melapor ke Polsek Sekupang.
Menerima Laporan Korban Pada hari Jumat tanggal 09 Mei 2022 Penyidik Reskrim Polsek Sekupang melakukan penyelidikan dan setelah mendapat 2 alat bukti yang cukup maka dilakukan gelar perkara untuk meningkatkan ke proses penyidikan, dan kemudian pada hari Selasa tanggal 17 Mei 2022 sekitar 21.00 tim opsnal Polsek Sekupang dibawah pimpinan Kanit Reskrim Iptu M. Ridho, SH berhasil melakukan penangkapan di kediaman tersangka ASF di Kav. Sei Lekop Blok G No. 79 A Kel. Sungai Lekop Kec. Sagulung -Kota Batam.
Kapolresta Barelang Kombes Pol Nugroho Tri N, SH, SIK, MH Melalui Kapolsek Sekupang Kompol Yudha Surya Wardana, SIP, MSi mengatakan hubungan antara pelaku dan korban saat melakukan hubungan intim masih berpacaran, selanjutnya untuk yang Kedua dan Ketiga tidak pacaran, tapi masih berkomunikasi.
Pelaku melakukan Persetubuhan dengan Korban dengan Bujuk rayu oleh pelaku kepada Korban yang masih umur (17 tahun) dan masih sekolah Jelas Kapolsek Sekupang Kompol Yudha Surya Wardana, SIP, MSi
Atas Perbuatannya Pelaku di jerat dengan Pasal 81 ayat (2) Jo Pasal 82 ayat (1) UU No.17 tahun 2016 tentang perlindungan Anak dengan Ancaman Hukuman 12 Tahun Penjara Ungkap Kapolsek Sekupang Kompol Yudha Surya Wardana, SIP, MSi.
