Banyumas – Polsek Purwokerto Selatan, Polresta Banyumas, Polda Jateng melaksanakan bakti sosial dengan menyalurkan bantuan sosial berupa paket beras bagi warga yang membutuhkan disekitar jalan Soepardjo Rustam Bunderan RS Margono dan pangkalan Taksi kelurahan Berkoh Purwokerto Selatan.
Dalam kesempatan ini pembagian beras dipimipin langsung oleh Kapolsek Purwokerto Selatan Kompol Puji bersama forkompincam Purwokerto Selatan, Bhabinkamtibmas dan tokoh masyarakat setempat.
“Kami bersama Forkompincam Purwokerto Selatan dan Bhabinkamtibmas melaksanakan baksos sejumalah puluhan paket beras yang kita berikan kepada warga yang membutuhkan dengan sasaran Tukang becak, sopir taksi dan kuli panggul disekitar pangkalan taksi Berkoh”, ungkap Kapolresta Banyumas Kombes Pol Edy Suranta Sitepu, SIK, MH, melalui Kapolsek Purwokerto Selatan Kompol Puji Nurochman SH, MH, Jumat (7/10/22).
Kapolsek menjelaskan, penyaluran bantuan sembako tersebut merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan Polresta Banyumas untuk membantu warga yang terdampak penyesuaian harga BBM.
“Pemberian bansos ini merupakan salah satu problem solving dari Polri kepada masyarakat terdampak atas adanya kenaikan BBM bersubsidi. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat yang membutuhkan”, jelasnya.
